Paid nearly £8 for next day delivery and it wasn’t even dispatched till 6pm the following day.
Edit due to response. Order was placed on 1st July at 3.39pm, it was delivered on 3rd July. This is 2 days.

I placed an order for a box of 10 vapes…8 days later after paying for next day delivery nothing has arrived, I've emailed them 3 times for an update or a refund and they completely ignore me and do not respond so I will be contacting my bank to start the refund process.

I have not received my order and it has now been 10 days. They initially contacted me when I emailed them about this and said they would sort it and refund my postage. I have not heard from them since. I don’t think the item is in stock so they should be offering me a refund. Hopefully they will

My product has not arrived. I received a call saying the flavour I chose is out of stock they offered me an alternative vape I requested the same make I ordered but in a Black-current cotton candy flavour. However nothing arrived and I have been charged.
