Was not impressed with the whole process. Felt like it could have been handled better.

After multiple visits, $1400, cameras being run into vents and no answers we decided we would just replace duct system under house as air not reaching back of house. No clogs or obstacles were seen however we do have several vents taped up to stay in place. We were told 2 weeks we would have estimate. It has now been months and no estimate, no reply back, no answers and winter is knocking at the door. Used to be a top notch company so very disappointed and not quite sure why unable to get an estimate to replace duct work.

Work that was done was very good. However, prices were absurdly high. I could've hired other professional plumbers at a substantial savings. Plus I had to argue to prove that a defective ball valve/shut off valve was actually from previous work you had done less than six months earlier.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I requested that they come out to service my A/C unit. It's an old A/C unit but works well. Additionally, they gave me a quote on a new A//C unit and heater system. It's not cheap but they did show me several payment options. My only issue is the fact that they charge a service call charge, then the A/C unit service charge and then a charge for driving to my house which is 19 miles from their office in Sydney. The total charge to service my A/C was $347. After calling a few other companies, two of which were in Scottsbluff, NE. Which is much further away and their quotes were less. And they don't charge to drive out.

The worker knew right away where all the problems were. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient.

These people are fabulous! I have never had quite the experience with another vendor that I've had with Best. They are on the job immediately with whatever request I have made immediately, or at least as soon after, as humanly possible. They are, without doubt, the most courteous, helpful and willing professionals I've dealt with. Their work is timely, calls are returned right away and the work they have done for me is impeccable.
