Top-Tier Customer Support Makes All the Difference
Ordered two towel radiators for my toilets. One of them had a slight bend, and the contractor had to make some adjustments, while the other worked well.
It was easy to place the order, and delivery was good. The customer support team is great at resolving any issues, and after-sales service is excellent, which shows how excellent they are at customer satisfaction and making sure they follow up to see the quality of the product.

I couldn’t track my order so after…
I couldn’t track my order so after delivery time was up I contacted through WhatsApp to find out where was my order
Karen replied to me and with in minutes had sorted delivery out with driver who was delivering items that day but unfortunately I didn’t receive order
Contacted this morning and once again chatted with Karen who immediately contacted courier who explained driver had run out of time and would deliver items this afternoon which I received
