Bad Courier
The radiator itself was perfect, it was the courier firm Dascher that was the problem, gave me a time of 8 am to 4 pm and after taking a day off work they emailed me at 2.17 pm to say I wasn’t getting my delivery, the next date offered for delivery was 4 days later. I ended up paying a courier to collect it. Really disappointing delivery service

Great product, prompt delivery. Make sure to buy enough wattage for the room you wish to heat. I may have undersized but I can move heater to a smaller room and size up with next purchase. Fantastic alternative for an older house when you don't want oil or gas or to rip up floors. With the convenience of the app, it feels like I finally will have central heating in my older house when I add more units- all controlled from the convenience of my mobile phone.

Mixed Feedback
Delivery was on time, and well packaged/protected.
However on opening radiator, there was a significant chip on one of the panels.
The radiator brackets had also paint issues.
Due to time pressure to finish the job, I was able to place chipped side against the wall (radiator was reservable)
There was also a green plastic bung found inside radiator - presumably from manufacturing or painting phase.
Quality of Radiator is good - this is the fourth of these radiators we’ve fitted
Best Heating made contact proactively and have offered a discount to address issue I had. Good engagement & great customer service!
