I ordered the wrong colour of radiator and in the absence of the first customer service person my query was picked up by Kelly. She was super efficient, arranged for the correct item into my cart, cancelled the original order and all this was done very quickly and she communicated throughout the process. Very good level of product information
Very good level of product information. It was easy to zone onto the radiator type and size, online. I also like seeing the radiator displayed in a room setting. It help visualize how it would look in our application. Overall the ordering and shipment was better then average. Good feedback on package tracking.

Delivery was rapid although they could have phoned me (I was 1 minute away) rather than leaving a note and having to redeliver the next day…

Fantastic experience and products
This is my second 5 star review of Best Heating and Stephanie. After a kitchen renovation was completed there were some parts I bought that weren't required. They were past their return period but Stephanie and Best Heating permitted their return. They also organised collection of same from Ireland.
I am impressed with the quality of the vertical radiators I bought from them but what most impresses me is their focus on customer service. I genuinely have never had a better experience with a company. They are so accommodating and efficient. Stephanie is brilliant and really goes above and beyond to assist customers. Great company, products and staff.
