Excellent follow up from Amanda at BestHeating Ireland with a customs query
I am very happy with the customer care and follow up from the staff at BestHeating Ireland, especially Amanda who took the time to ensure my delivery arrived. We had some complications due to a customs review and Amanda connected me with the relevant parties so that the issue was resolved. It was challenging but made better with the customer care I received. This is the second radiator we have purchased from BestHeating Ireland; and we bought again as the first product is excellent.

Super shopping result with Bestheating
My shopping experience with BestHeating was truly excellent.
The website is very easy to navigate and descriptions of the various radiators make it really easy to decide what will work best in different situations throughout the home.
The BTU Calculator is a brilliant addition too, as it takes all the guesswork out of buying. I was so pleased with that.
The amount of colours available is also a huge plus, especially in situations where standard white radiators just wouldn’t work. It’s great to be able to match one’s heating system with one’s decor.
The packaging and delivery service is amazing. I had my radiators in my home within two days of placing my order. Superbly packed and delivered by DHL for some and Dascher for the larger types I had ordered.
They appear to be a fabulous product. I am still waiting for them to be installed, as I am having a lot of reconstruction work done. I will create a further review on the heating quality when this is all finished and winter arrives yet again.
