Placed an order from "Decathlon"
I recently placed an order with BestGadget4You, thinking I was purchasing a pair of shoes. After making the payment, I found out that I had been enrolled in a membership instead, and no shoes were on the way. This was very disappointing and not at all what I expected.
Additionally, canceling the membership has been quite challenging and frustrating. However, I would like to highlight that Diamond from customer service was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process. Despite the situation, Diamond’s professionalism and support were appreciated.
I hope the company improves transparency about its services and makes canceling memberships more straightforward.
