Bought 'After Life' full series 1, 2 and 3 advertised as new. Received a clearly preowned or not new copy in my opinion with pictured side ink coming off at just a touch, not new or sealed. I have to say it played brilliantly although end writing was in Chinese. I did query this and was instantly refunded and told to 'find another supplier' and subsequently blocked from that site !!

I ordered a Blu-ray on July 18, and about 10 days later it was shipped. Since August 1, the track and trace has said that it is on its way, but it has still not been received in Denmark.
I have contacted customer service several times, and they were not very helpful. My last email to them was after, at their request, I contacted PostNord, and all they could tell me was that they had not yet received the package.
I have now written to them 3 times within the past week without getting a single reply.
I cannot recommend using this website. They are unwilling to help the customer who has been waiting more than 4 weeks for a package from England. It should have arrived within a maximum of 7 days.
They also claim that it is PostNord’s responsibility that the package is lost, even though PostNord has not yet received it.
Luckily, I didn’t pay very much, but it’s clear that I’ve lost that money.

The Bestdvdshop has a great selection of DVDs and excellent customer service. I had a problem with one DVD they sent me and they posted me a replacement right away at no cost. I was very happy that they rectified the problem. Many thanks.

Good customer service I had issue with dvd and it was sorted out which was brilliant good dvds for good price had good copy of DVDs good shops so helpful and I had issue with dvd but sorted out and refund thank you for good service

Great place to get dvds i can't source anywhere else. As I like my physical dvds over digital I love that I can get the exclusives here.

Sound quality was awful. Sounded like it was recorded in a goldfish bowl.
Ig has this weird centurycity logo constantly bouncing around the screen
and the colours are really washed out !
Was a present. I felt so embarrassed. Person going to wait for the genuine dvd to come out. Never ordering from this company again and want a refund.

Ordered the whole The Osbournes dvd collection even though i have 1st,2nd and 2.5 on dvd.

Received reprinted covers of the original covers i put them side by side and you can see the difference in clarity,blatant reprints and the discs afe blue underneath because they dvd-rw rewriteable discs not the grey/silver of real dvds.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but because i have paid £49 im not at all happy.

I even sent an email on wednesday to ask if my item was posted as i bought it on monday as was 48 hour postage and the tracking was not updated and i got...

'Item has been updated' as a reply.

Not real manners to customers or anything but if trustpilot wish to see my photos showing these are blatant copies compared to the real genuine ines i have photos side by side of the genuine version dvd cases and discs next to these dvd rw copies.

Will happily show trustpilot this is not a fake review like so many claims i have read so happy to help trustpilot on this one an prove its genuine 😁👍🏻.

Seller has flagged my review for apparently containing 'defamatory content' what a load of rubbish hahaha.

Like i said i will send pictures of these counterfeit goods to trustpilot and report to trading standards.

I also just received an email from them saying 'refunded remove the review'.

Hahaha no i do not think so this will go to trading standards and trust pilot as proof and i have not had an email notifying me of a refund and your not going to try and say you will give my money back so i remove your review,the emails and these pictures are going to trading standards and trust pilot!!!

Bestdvdshop flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content...The only illegal content is what you sold me and nothing illegal or harmful about this review at all!!!

Many have left 1 star reviews and the company has flagged all the 1 star posted reviews for for containing defamatory content.

This is a genuine review of bestdvdshop.co.uk who has took their website offline and any negative review they flag as they do not want a bad name for counterfeit goods and being exposed!

I have made a number of purchases over the last few months, including Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, Luther: Fallen Sun, Adolescence, the latest Mission: Impossible film (before it was even released in cinemas) and Afterlife Series 1-3 and I am currently awaiting delivery of the new Superman film. I have found the availability, especially of Netflix productions, superb and the service of high quality. I have no complaints and would recommend this site to any lovers of DVD not wishing to stream, as I am. Thank you.
