I have been working with Best Care Liverpool Ltd (BCL) for the past three and a half years, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

When I first joined the company, I was completely new to the care sector. Naturally, I was nervous and lacked confidence, but the support I received from the very beginning was incredible. I received a thorough induction, excellent training, and the opportunity to shadow experienced carers until I felt confident to work independently. The reassurance, guidance, and encouragement I received helped me grow into the confident and compassionate carer I am today.

Over the years, I have developed both personally and professionally. One of my proudest achievements was being recognised as Carer of the Month, which made me feel valued and appreciated for the dedication and hard work I put into caring for our service users.

The management team is approachable, supportive, and always willing to listen. They genuinely care about their staff and are always available to offer advice, encouragement, and support whenever it is needed. I have always felt respected and appreciated as part of the BCL family.

I am currently working towards my NVQ Level 3, and I am grateful that the company encourages career progression and continuous learning. BCL believes in helping its staff achieve their full potential.

The most rewarding part of my role is knowing that I make a real difference in people's lives every day. Seeing a smile on a service user's face and knowing they feel safe, respected, and well cared for gives me great job satisfaction.

I've been working at Best Care Liverpool for 4 years now, and it's been a genuinely great place to work. What stands out most is how well the management team looks after the people we care for — it's clear that quality of care is a real priority here, not just a box to tick. They also take good care of their staff, and I've always felt happy, comfortable and supported in my role. The training is thorough and ongoing, and there's always support there when you need it.
