Communication could be better - silence from placing order to delivery van arriving - useful to have confirmation of delivery and a couple of hours notice.

Brilliant experience
The price we paid was excellent. All the staff we dealt with through email and on the phone were very helpful, responded quickly, and made sure the delivery worked for us. Would definitely use them again.

Charlotte was really helpful. She secured delivery to a tight schedule. The contractors loved the product, probably because it was easy to work with.

It was the first time I ordered from this company and they have been amazing I spoke to them over the telephone regarding Kardean flooring they were so helpful and professional and not at all pushy and I ordered the flooring which arrive so quickly and the flooring was excellent I had to return a box and my refund was soon in my bank I will definitely use Best at Flooring again

Outstanding customer service
Customer service has been absolutely outstanding from this company. Seriously. April who I have been dealing with has been a massive breath of fresh air. Being a purchaser myself, I deal with a lot of companies on a day to day basis. The experience I've had with April and Best at Flooring has been up there with the very best.
Spoke very honestly, answered all my questions. Even went as far as contacting the specific flooring supplier (Karndean) I was asking about for technical advice.
With all of this on top, the price was great.
I can't recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent Service
Excellent service despite being advised part of my delivery was damaged so they had to obtain further stock. There was a slight delay in delivery. Not a problem as they sent my other item and I received the other item soonafter. Great communication by email throughout the order and we would definitely use again if they stay competitive with their Amtico products
