Delivery let down
Good start with ordering and product information but unfortunately the delivery didn’t arrive today as it was supposed to. Contacted Bestatflooring this morning to ask what time it would arrive as I had taken a day off work and was told they would contact the courier and get back to me.
At 3.30 I still hadn’t heard back and emailed again, received a call saying the delivery wasn’t going to arrive today after all.
They’ve scheduled it in again for tomorrow but cant promise it will arrive, another day off work as the delivery company won’t leave it if there’s no one at home. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately I still have no idea when that will be ? I have emailed again today regarding delivery but have not had a reply … maybe you could sort that out?!
So another update, was contacted today and told my order had been delivered, I had been at home and it hadn’t been delivered to me! Was then contacted to say that was a mistake it hadn’t been delivered but it was definitely on the van and would be delivered to me this afternoon, it’s now 6.45 and it still hasn’t been delivered. An afternoon taken off work wasted, Would NEVER use this company again!!

Great service
Great service, delivery driver was very efficient and helped with unloading and the customer service team on social media were quick to assist on enquiries. Only thing is they forgot to include our floor care free product, but other than that all good.

Nightmare if you need to return
The floor i received was not really as advertised. Not their fault as they use Karndean pictures. The issue i have is trying to return 3 boxes of flooring. They offer no help with this so you are on your own. Having a nightmare with courier companies trying to return and spending hours trying to sort. The company was good to deal with but if you need to return it's a nightmare so I would advise against using for this reason. They should have an account with a courier company, send you the label and arrange it for you. Also the boxes arrived damaged, not a problem as such and so if I get to return they told me I won't get a refund unless in pristine condition . So all in all I would advise going to your local flooring shop rather than trying to buy online because I might just now have to cut my losses.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet expectations, especially when it comes to something like flooring where appearance is so important. As you mentioned, we do use manufacturer imagery (such as Karndean), but we always recommend ordering samples first to help avoid this situation.
Regarding the return, we’re genuinely sorry that arranging a courier has been such a challenge. As an online retailer, returns do need to be organised by the customer, but we take your feedback on board and understand how having a more supported process would make things easier.
In terms of the packaging, we’re sorry to hear the boxes arrived damaged. While we do our best to protect goods in transit, this can occasionally happen with heavy items. We would also note that this wasn’t reported to us prior to this review being left, so unfortunately we haven’t had the opportunity to look into this or assist sooner. Our returns policy does require items to be in resalable condition.
We really appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

Delivery company were shocking. If you are supplying a premium product then the company you use to deliver the product should be able to deliver the same quality

The website was easy to navigate when looking for Quick-Step products . The assistance from the on line chat option was good, provided all the information required to place an order. The customer service representative April was very helpful. Delivery of my order was received on the day as stated . The courier from Walkers Transport was also very efficient.
