Good quality at attractive price.
Their price was much better than our local picture framers and I think the actual picture is great and the frame is good quality.

Issue with address
There was an issue with the address on my order. I stead of contacting me they made up an address, which was a bus station, and delivered the order there. Contacted customer service: computer says no. They were indifferent. I won't use best for frames again.

Excellent experience all round.
The website was good, enjoyable to use, and when I got in a muddle (not being used to such clever technology), the person from customer service was understanding and really helpful. I needed a photo framing by a particular date, and although it was just post-Christmas, the team at Best4frames got it to me really quickly. The workmanship, both in regard to the photo and the frame was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
