The whole process was absolutely fine no problems and had the plates within 24 hours. The plates are 10/10 they are going to look very nice on the car.👍

used them multiple times and they are brilliant fast and keep you up to date on everything will always use in future

There was a small issue with my order. This was resolved really quickly and my plates were with me the next day. Great service. Plates look really good also.

Not clear that you have to send all original documents and driving license until you’ve paid! That’s not acceptable and very misleading. No phone number emails don’t get answered. Moved premises supposedly but all mail going to old address contacted old address where the guy was clearly connected to them got my order sorted out. Sadly i would not use this company again.Plates were nice when they finally arrived but too much hassle trying to get my order.

Do not use! From start to finish the whole process was awful. I paid and sent documents which were verified on the Tuesday. I specifically asked for the items to be delivered by Friday/Saturday as I was travelling Saturday evening and needed the plates. I was told by Adam that my order would be a priority and delivered by Saturday (today) 3 days with no reply from Adam. No contact number, just an email and no reply. An awful waste of time company. I will be requesting a full refund via my credit card company. Has not kept to their delivery term and conditions!

Plates arrived today, was sent out quite quick put quality on them is quite poor, faded line across on of my letters so don’t look great considering how much I paid for them

Wish I could give 0. Would not recommend. First I was told my order would be dispatched and I would received my order within 2 days. I waited 4 days and there was no sign so I sent an email and received a reply saying they apologise and due to backlog my order has not been dispatched but it is now in production I will receive it within 2 days. I waited 2 days and emailed again and was then told that it was now finally in production and the reason it was not out yet was due to backlog and the Royal Mail. I would suggest using another company. I understand it can be busy and hectic at times but to lie to customers on multiple occasions is wrong.

Took 10 days when it’s advertised as 24hour delivery if ordered before 3pm.
When contacted I was told several times the ordered will be sent out ‘today’. When it was actually posted I received my item within 24hours.

3 of 4 plates I have ordered are poor quality, first letters started to drop off after 5-6 months. VERY poor quallity wont order again.

Good honest service had a few problems but were sorted out quickly and efficiently,
I will definitely be using again in the near future,

Made an order for some 3D plates for the new car i got. It was only when i had ordered the plates that i was told i will need documentation. Of course i don't have the V5 yet so this
i couldn't do. So i tried to phone but no one answers, so instead sent three emails. Still no response. So it seems like they are just taking my money with no chance of a refund as you cant speak to an actual human. All i do do is make others aware of the lack of communication if anything goes wrong. Look elsewhere.

Excellent communication via phone and email, brilliant number plates and great value for money. Would recommend 100%, paid extra for next day delivery and they arrived the next day, excellent service.

Online purchased made on the 15th and all documents validated in the 20th. Contacted the company by email few times and said the plates will be with me in next 3 working days. Tried to call them but phone just gets cut off.

It's the 6th of Feb and still nothing from them. Raised a dispute through my bank to get a refund.

Wouldn't trust those guys as being number1.

Despite my disappointing experience with Bespoke Plates, I must acknowledge that Adam Khan is a reputable individual who demonstrates great respect. His customer service is truly appreciated. Mr Khan was happy to process a refund considering the fact that I was not at fault and have provided the necessary documents immediately however my order was not processed for over a week for no reason!
However, unlike Adam, his colleague, Mr. ‘M,’ was uncooperative, and his tone in written communication came across as rather dismissive. He also delayed my order by over a week, despite me providing all the necessary documents.
Additionally, I would suggest that you clearly state on your website that orders will not be processed without legal documentation to allow transparency. This would allow customers to prepare in advance, avoiding unnecessary delays and frustration, especially for those who may be in a time-sensitive situation.

Not a clear statement about having to send your documents in by post until you check out. And the website automatically selected the T&Cs checkbox during checkout. The response to cancel the order as I needed the plate quicker was a disgrace. Whoever responds to the email needs some training. Who in their right mind would send original documents off to some back street plate maker is beyond me. Get with the times and offer a digital option to verify documents.

Well that was easy.
And service was rapid.

Perfect plates arrived super quick, was first sceptical about sending off my document but they were kept safe and no issues what so ever 10/10
