I do like the purchases I ordered. The wait time was longer than I expected, but the current situation with shipping and backlogs needs to be part of the consideration. Communication with customer about wait time would be appreciated. I waited four weeks and then I inquired - no follow up prior to this from the company and then waited almost another two weeks for the merchandise.

Liked the shirt I had to shorten the sleeves

Positive first--I bought five tops. They were true to size, had a soft cotton-like feel, and good colors/matched photos. Good quality.
Negatives--In the top descriptions, it said they were made and shipped from Indiana, USA. When I received the tops, the bags holding them said "Made in China" and they were shipped from New York. So, deceptive and I don't appreciate that.
Secondly, it took a month to receive this order. I felt like I was being scammed, since I hadn't worked with this company before. Ordered on 25Sept, rec'd 22Oct. That's ridiculous. When I wrote the company, it took them 5 days to get back to me. Gave me questionable answers, said the tops had been shipped but the orders didn't show up in the USPS tracking number till 6 days after the Besoia said they had shipped. AND A MONTH?! Really? That's ridiculous in the day and age. They don't have to be Amazon but taking a month to fulfill an order is way too long. I had hoped to wear the tops on vacation in mid-Oct, but of course, they hadn't arrived by then. I'll not use this company again, even though I like several of their styles.

The order finally arrived after a month. I like all the shirts except one and I think it would be impossible to return. Your ad says the oder is made and shipped from Greenwood, IN. Not true! ! It was shipped to me from California, the shirt packages say made in China and the billing address is London, England. The only time it was in Indiana, was when it was delivered to me! ! Tell the truth!!!!!! By the way, Greenwood, IN, is about 75 miles from where I live!!!!

I love the tops and the quality is very nice. The sleeves were terribly long-had to hem them.

I was a little worried because it took 30 days to get my items but I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered 3 shirts from Besoia based on the reviews I read and the claim that the sizing was true. I wear a 1X but ordered a 2X just to be safe since there was 30 day free returns. The shirts are too small. When I requested return information I was told to keep the shirts and they would give me a $15 refund. On a $100 order.

Two of the three items were perfect. The two tops were just as pictured, well made and comfortable. The dress fabric was really cheap and the sleeves were awkwardly short, not as pictured. Also not sure how to return the dress or whether that is a possibility as there was no packing slip or instructions.

The tops I ordered are beautiful, soft, and comfortable. The pricing encourages more shopping. My biggest frustration was the time between ordering and delivery - 20 days. To their credit, I received very timely responses to the numerous email inquiries I sent re shipping status. I suspect USPS tracking fell well short in the tracking updates.

The shirts all fit very well and look good

The clothing is very cute and hopefully will wash well. The sweater I purchased has a bit of a pilling issue already. But I love the colors and style and will keep it. The issue I had with the order was the length of time it took to arrive. I would like to place another order but am hesitant because of the shipping issue.

One item was too small but the others all fit as expected.

I am reading all these positive reviews but ordered on 10/9 and still haven't received merchandise. Nor has anyone responded to my inquiries. I am disappointed that I have to dispute the charge.

I love these long sleeve tops. I love the rounded neck. It is hard to find women's tops that are modest. Most these days have wide necks and are cut low. These tops fit so well and the material and quality are nice. The only issue I have with them is that there is not a tag inside telling what fabric it is made from and washing instructions. These are described on the website but I plan to gift one of these so it would have been nice to have fabric/washing instructions on a little tag inside the shirt. This is the ONLY issue I have. I highly recommend these tops and I will be returning to purchase more.

Overall, I am happy with my purchases. There was some mix-up with my orders, but, it seems like they've been resolved. I am waiting for one more item. The ones I have received are beautiful and fit well. I like the tops they have!
