Buyers beware! This company will not allow you to return anything that doesn't fit or you don't like the color or you don't like the style, etc. You can only return an item if it is defective. I ordered three tops. None of them fit well. They would not let me return them. I will never do business with this company again!

Very happy. The four tops I got all fit nicely. Good quality.

Took longer to receive than I thought but was well worth the wait. Shirts are beautiful, fit well and are well made. Will definitely order from them again.

I love these shirts. They are so comfortable but can be dressed up and look great for a night out.

I was a bit afraid at first because it took a while to get a shipping confirmation, but the minute I got the shipping information I felt relieved. When I received my packages they were well packaged with silk paper folded in the clothing. The piece of garment were in very good quality. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. It could be a little cheaper. But it is very nice. The reason for four star are not five is because I was given a tracking number and nothing showed up on the website and appears to have been shipping from California. It was a little un clear.

Love the shirts I ordered In fact went back to the site to see if there were any others that I wanted. Shipping was a little delayed, but that is across the board right now. Will definitely keep my eye on what this site is offering

Update:: ordered 3 first. Went back and odered 7 more sweatshirts. They are so comfortable and I've received so many compliments on the 3 I have.

The order took quite awhile to arrive but worth the wait. I ordered 3 tops, all fit perfectly and very nice fabric.

Ordered a dress and two tops. The dress did not fit and was not as pictured. The order arrived with no way to contact them except via email. I emailed them repeatedly for several weeks to request a return authorization since their website says I need one to return it. They responded with multiple requests to review my experience and send them pictures of me wearing the items. Once they asked about an exchange and then told me I cannot exchange items once I told them what I wanted for an exchange. I requested a return authorization. Ordered two tops and a dress and it has been a very bad experience. The customer service has been horrible and would not recommend Besoia to anyone.

Everything I ordered was correct and all the sweaters I ordered our exactly as the pictures and fit perfectly. I am really happy with my order.

Besoia delivered! I just love the colors on each item and the fit. The feel is so soft and I have received many compliments. So nice not to have just white, black and gray to choose from!!

Clothing appears to be of decent quality. I am still puzzled by the "Foreign Transaction Fee" that appeared on my credit card with this purchase. If these are indeed made in Indiana and shipped from Indiana, there should not be a fee. If they are made and shipped out of Indiana, why is the USPS tracking showing they shipped out of New Jersey?

Both tops fit fine. The only drawback was how long it took to have them delivered. Over a month. Otherwise, I love the clothes.

It is a lightweight "sweatshirt" but it was delivered promptly.

The overall shopping experience has been a good one. I received my order, but, with an understandable delay. The merchadise was beautiful, the quality, fabric and workmanship were top notch as well. The only reason I rated at 4 stars was because of the sizing. I am not yet familiar with Besoia's sizing, and therefore found the size I ordered was too small. Customer service response to this was rapid & offered solutions that were quite acceptable to me. I am currently awaiting the second response.
