This was the second time we have used Berry Bouquets and they have been impressive to both adults and kids alike, both times there was nothing left as people thoroughly enjoyed eating them.

If you are looking for a statement piece for your party or celebration I would highly recommend them

Recently ordered a bouquet for my son doing well in his exams as he adores fruit. The display looked great but the fruit was quite ripe, I emailed to give feedback and the response offered a replacement. This came the following week and tasted great.

Had an Issue with an item and delivery but was resolved really quickly and satisfactory.. excellent customer service..

My issue was now sorted out by Sam ... who called me and explained and issued a refund. She was extremely apologetic and helpful. I will use them again as the products that we have received previously were excellent so I trust that any future issues will now be resolved quickly by them.
Hopefully this will be a one off issue.

Terrible company. Fruit Bouquet arrived and no idea who it was from as no gift card. Tried calling them, emailing and online chat never got back and they don't answer calls. Shocking, I am now embarrassed as I do not know who to thank.

After a Hiccup with Order. I can honestly say the Manager I spoke to today was very understanding and helpful and more than generous. We will have one happy wee boy. Thank you x

I sent a bouquet to my grandfather as a thank you gift and he was deeply touched and pleased when it arrived. He sent a photograph and the bouquet was beautifully presented and looked delicious! Extremely impressed 🥰

Originally had an issue but was ultimately rectified and suitable replacement sent a few days later. I had ordered a fruit-only bouquet for my mum who was just home from an operation to remove her gallbladder. However a substitute with chocolate dipped strawberries was sent, but she is not allowed to eat fat so it wasn't suitable. Also the written message from me was missing. I had difficulties contacting the site at first (they seemed to be suffering IT issues) but they did get in touch, and sent a replacement free of charge. The replacement was juicy and delicious and was gobbled up by mum & family. Thank you for sorting and I would use again. Cheers.

I had a problem with the message I wrote, but they absolutely surpassed themselves to rectify this. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and that shows you what a first class company this is. I would totally recommend them.

Bought as a surprise for my Fiancée, arrived in mint condition, she absolutely loves it. Thank you Berry Bouqets, a random find and would purchase again. Top marks!

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter's 8th birthday at her request on very short notice. They arrived the next day, beautifully packaged, and my daughter was stunned by how beautiful they looked! She says they aren't just good, they're fantastic and out of this world! I can vouch for this as I have had a couple to try for myself! They were incredibly fresh and very well packaged. Thank you for making my daughter's day with these sumptuous strawberries!

Extremely disappointing. The bouquet I ordered as a gift looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered from the website, it was a cheap replacement. I complained and was told "We sent out an alternative design with the same fruits as the star bouquet which we feel Looks just as nice.
Please bear in mind we are very busy and we do state that the designs can change depending on availability. We also state pots and baskets are used and can vary as we have a weekly delivery of new stock. " In other words, Berry Bouquet can send out exactly what they want, regardless of what you order and pay for. Buyers be aware. I was offered a £7 off my next purchase (I paid around £40 for the bouquet!) or for a driver to collect it. I was too embarrassed to put the recipient through that ordeal. Would never order again.

My Retirement Do after 32 years with same company….. I wanted to go out with a BANG!
It’s customary to provide a culinary treat for colleagues, so I called on Berry Bouquets, I had many questions to ask, they were very promptly answered with satisfaction.
When my two large Bouquets were delivered on time, they were totally amazing !
Every one of my colleagues were blown away and asking me for the Name of the company.
It certainly was the best choice!
I can’t thank them enough and I will definitely be using these lovely guys again 🙌

Excellent service provided.. My delivery was prioritised and was made sure to have it packed and sent of the same day to be delivered for the next day. fast and effective.: family members and friends have ordered in the past as well as for Valentine’s Day the bouquets are amazing and packaging is very well done.. I had a small issue with my order the generous lady made it priority to have it sorted out within minutes.. fast and quick service.. I would certainly recommend them for anyone looking for an amazing gift for their loved one and I will surely be ordering again..
