If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would. Literally had the bouquet delivered today. The box was soggy and wet on the bottom, the bouquet itself was falling to pieces and the chocolate covered fruit was crumbly. The fruit was all moist and sweaty. This was supposed to be for our wedding day tomorrow and it’s safe to say it’s gone in the bin. £116.99 for something that was not packaged or delivered with care and has meant we have had to rush out and buy some fruit (for an additional cost). I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Great customer service followed by a great fruit bouquet.

This was our third time ordering from Berry Bouquets and to be honest we were slightly disappointed with the fruit basket we received. Since this was out of character from the first two deliveries which were fresh and looked amazing, we reached out to Berry Bouquets. After explaining our issues with them, instantly and without hesitation, a replacement fruit bouquet was sent out. Less than 12 hours later our friends received the fruit which was perfectly delivered and we hear, tasted amazing.

Moral of the story - don't always judge a company if you receive something that is not quite right. Mistakes happen in life, but it is how you deal with them that distinguishes great companies - great customer interaction goes a long way.

So thank you again for your lovely fruit basket, definitely will be using you again in the future.

AVOID

AVOID.
I ordered a bouquet around Christmas time and I was extremely embarassed as I took this as a gift for the family hosting. When we began to eat there was mould and extremely old strawberries underneath the chocolate and also within the bouquet. I contacted the company who ignored me. Finally they offered a replacement which never came!
I also ordered some chocolate covered dates that came in a presentation box that had typos on it. This company use cheap old fruit . Just avoid.

a XLarge fruit bouquet was small

Ordered a XLarge fruit bouquet with chocolate strawberries. With delivery it was nearly £80. From the photo the recipient sent, it didn’t look like £80 worth to me. They really need to be clear on the website what you are paying for (photos of different sizes).

Inedible Strawberry Bouquet

Ordered Saturday for delivery Monday (I know it is short notice, but we live in NZ and only realised on the Saturday that Mother's Day was on Sunday). Goods arrived lunchtime Tuesday, the bouquet (a strawberry bouquet covered in nuts/sugar/chocolate) looked absolutely amazing, but upon opening the fruit had turned to mush. Out of approximately 50 strawberries, maybe only 8 were edible. Unsure if the fault lies with the courier company not refrigerating, however two emails later to Berry Bouquets and still no response / explanation. What we had done for a special occasion was ruined.

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The fruit I received was already rotting when it arrived — several pieces were visibly moldy and smelled bad straight out of the box. It was clearly not fresh and completely unacceptable quality.

What made the situation worse was the customer service. When I contacted them to explain the issue, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they argued with me and questioned whether the fruit was actually spoiled. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I expected better quality control and at the very least respectful customer support. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.

An unusual healthy and beautiful gift

I’ve sent these bouquets a couple of times to friends and relatives. It’s a nice unusual and healthy gift. Sometimes people get too many flowers so it’s a unique gift.
Recently I sent a bouquet to my partner as a healthy valentine. We had a slight issue with delivery but Berry bouquet sorted it with no issues. A great company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Avoid

OK - just don't order from this company!
I placed a valentine day order and they did turn up late in that day. I was disappointed at not receiving the extras (orange segments and apple wedges) and emailed them immediately. Later that evening, my wife tucked in to her treat, only to find that some strawberries were rotten. More emails sent. One week later and they still have not responded or indeed refunded the order shortage. THEY JUST DON'T CARE - DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.

Struggling to reach customer service

Currently trying to get in touch with them via customer service / chat to address the issues I've flagged. Their listed phone lines are constantly busy, chat isn't being monitored this week (but was last week) and emails haven't been answered

The bouqet that did arrive seemed nicely presented though it had sweated moisture a bit and wasn't packed with any cooling gel, but it is winter. It included some melon tops and grapes which weren't on the selection we ordered, not sure if this was an extra bonus or someone else's order.

Luckily my partner (who isn't a melon person, same as me) had invited her sister was over (who happens to love melon) and we all like grapes so it wasn't wasted. We did refrigerate the fruit rather quickly but later observed within the day that some of the strawberries had already gone soft when you broke off chocolate around the bottom. This happens sometimes, fair enough. We made nice pancakes with what we had.

My primary issue: I paid £15 for dipped apples, oranges and pineapples, and of those only two actually arrived; 2 apple slices that had browned because the chocolate had broken off (fair enough, that happens) and 2 orange slices. The dipped pineapple slices were not included, and I would like to think for £5 each we'd get more than just 2 slices, when you consider a full apple and orange cost somewhere along the lines of 25-40p... it just doesn't add up. Again, get they need to cover their cost margins and make a profit, just think for what we paid it could've been more.

My main annoyance is the lack of response from customer service despite trying to get in touch for several days.

Reliable and trustworthy when Help isn’t around the corner

Although the app recognized, I’m in the US I’m leaving my review here for the UK because this is where I had my wonderful experience. My children are scattered across the globe and although that makes traveling fun and exciting it’s hard to do the little things like spontaneously drop off gifts. That’s where Beri bouquets comes in. So glad I put my trust in faith in the quality of their product and delivery! They did not disappoint and my son and daughter-in-law were so pleased with there delicious surprise! They immediately video called to thank me, and I was very impressed with the arrangement and abundance of the chocolate covered berry confections! Thank you, Berry Bouquets for making my life so much easier!

I can't praise Berry Fruits enough

I can't praise Berry Fruits enough. I ordered a bouquet for a friend who was recovering from an operation. Unfortunately DPD delivered it to the wrong address yesterday. Berry Fruits immediately and without quibble said they would send another one free of charge. It arrived today and my friend is delighted. I would definitely recommend this company not only for the product but their customer service.

Great products and pick your own day delivery

I have used this company a few times to place orders usually for my sisters Birthday.
She loves Chocolate covered Strawberries and has found that this company has been the best by far.
Every time I have placed an order it has been quick,easy and always on time and in tip top condition,also that last a long time when stored correctly.
I will always use Berry Bouquets if I need to order Chocolate Strawberries for an extra special delivery surprise.

Excellent customer service

There were problems with DPD delivering my order as planned. Berry Bouquet were very responsive when I let them know about the issue. There was no quibbling or discussion about the matter. Unfortunately it was out of their control to resolve but once issues with delivery in my area were resolved they sent a fresh bouquet as well as extra chocolate oranges which were completely unexpected! I could have got a refund but I really wanted the bouquet for a birthday gift despite the delay.

Things happen which are unexpected and how they are dealt with really shows the quality of a company and I was deeply impressed by this team - moved enough to bother to write a review!

And the bouquet is (as always) fabulous. Will be using them again next year as this fruit bouquet has become an expectation from my mum!

Outstanding last minute service

I can’t thank this company enough for their incredible service! They prepared and delivered a fresh edible fruit basket with matching fresh flowers on New Year’s Eve, even with last-minute notice. Everything was beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully put together. Truly outstanding service—I’m very grateful and highly recommend them!

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. The fruit bouquet arrived in a terrible condition — several pieces of fruit were rotten and covered in visible mold. Many of the strawberries had fallen off the sticks and were loose in the bottom of the cellophane, and the basket itself was completely different from the one shown in the product photos.
The item was unsafe to eat and totally unusable. This was meant to be a gift, which made the experience even more upsetting. I would not recommend based on this experience.
