Utroværdig netbutik / Unreliable web shop
Jeg ønskede at købe et par løbesko, som er meget svære at finde i danske netbutikker. Når man køber tøj på nettet, sker det ofte at tingene ikke passer i størrelse, og hvis man skal returnere til Tyskland, så løber portoen op ca. 200 kr. Derfor spurgte jeg ind til butikkens politik for retur. Jeg fik en masse modstridende forklaringer, som efterlader mig med det indtryk, at man ønsker at skjule, at det altid er kunden, der skal betale for retur. Se udpluk af min korrespondance nedenfor:

Jeg kan ikke finde "de på vores side opførte omkostninger"?
A1: If you want to return something, I can send you a link where you can create a Returnlabel for free, so you haven´t pay the shipping costs
Q2: I'm not sure I understand. Do I not have to pay anything at all in case of returning?
A2: And in case of returning you normally have to pay the shipping costs, but it depends what you buy. Above a certain price, we will send you a returninglabel what you create by your own and then you will pay nothing for the shipping costs.
Q3: Which price qualifies for free return?
A3: Over 50€. You also pay no shiping costs if you order something over 50€. You can see it here [link to "levering-og-betaling"]
Q4: This link is about delivery, not return! So the price limit is the same for free delivery and free return?

Q5: OK, I expect to order 2 pairs of running shoes (different size). If I don't like them I will return both pairs, otherwise I will keep the pair that has the best fit.
A5: The shipping costs for delivery is over 50€ free. If you want to send us something back, you have to create a returnlabel by your own.
The link for that you will find it here [link to "retourneren, step 3"]. The only thing you´ve pay is, the postage for the returning. No shipping costs. It is a little bit confusing, that is true. But you will find every information on our Online Shop site at the end of the mainpage.
