I had an issue to try to resolve, emailed the correct department that I needed to speak with someone face to face as I had photos and paperwork as evidence. All I got was a phone call and the lady would not listen to my view, she just repeated the same answer to everything I said, it was like talking to a parrot, needless to say the problem still exists.
PS, bernicia seems to have rules that apply to some but not to others.
I bought the rose water last year and it was good. When I finished it I decided to buy two bottles as they had the promotion of “buy two get one free” this was in January. To this day (31/03/2025) I haven’t gotten the product, I wrote two emails in this time asking about it and never got a response and after that I texted them via WhatsApp and again no response. The reason why I was buying this product was because I wanted to support small businesses but with this type of service I am never buying again. I never got my money back, no product, or just a simple answer. I feel scammed.
Such a nice product, won’t be without it anymore. Good service too

There is absolutely no customer service at your comlany. Very disappointed. After 3-4 follow up emails I still have no response.
I was spending so much money on expensive skin care and nothing was working, in fact I felt like it was getting worse the more I spent. One day I just decided I’m only gonna use the rose water, because it feels so refreshing and my spf moisturiser so I can give my skin a break from all the products I was trying. And oh my god it’s the best decision I have ever made. My skincare routine now is less than 2 minutes and my skin has never looked better. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference. I have also never come across a product that smells so nice and rosy that is made with natural ingredients, you can actually tell there there is nothing artificial about it. The only problem is I let my boyfriend try it once and now he’s obsessed with it and he keeps using mine, so please Berenica start shipping to the UK because I need to restock asap.
