Just in time arrival and carpet is exactly what I assumed.

This is the second time i buy Benuta carpets however the quality of the carpets was different from the last time. They are less thick and fluffy. I bought 4 and two of them were of different quality. Not very happy

Today we received our carpets (pop and pure collections). They were far more beautiful than we expected and seems they have very good quality. For now my review is 5 stars.

It says on the webpage that the delivery takes 3-4 days. It has been a week, and my order has not even been shipped out yet. I am starting to think this is a scam website. I contacted the customer service and waited for reply for a few days and only got an answer saying "there are delays". Ok, but when will I get my order? Never?

Excellent customer service. I had an issue and they resolved it immediately for me, when they didn’t even have to bother at all. The rug looks exactly like it is pictured online. Delivery time was even faster than I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

Wrong product was sent with a different size. Product doesn't really appears the one on the website however I was told that this is the way the rug looks. When I check all the pictures on social media, rug appears as on the website. So, it is clear that I received a rug that doesn't exist on the website. Even though this is not my fault, I had to wait for collection for return and I still dont have a rug almost a month because I am waiting for refund. I couldnt get an efficient support to fix the issue. To be able to get a response to my questions, I repeated myself 3 times during my interaction with customer support team. In the end, I created a ticket to complaint team to get a confirmation about rug, but no response. Bad experience...

I received my order within 5 days, the product is super quality. Any next carpet I will only order from this shop.

I ordered a wool carpet, i came very well wrapped and the quality is great. Colour is matching the photos on the website and the price was fair. If I would mention something negative, that would be the delivery time, it was much longer than the one mentioned when I placed the order. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Benuta sent the wrong item 12 days ago and I am still waiting for the return/refund they should scheduled. Beside that, I had to pay upfront a new item that arrives today however the package was totally damaged and the carrier said he has also received the product in that way. The rug is ok however is dirty and I’ll need to clean it before use it. Not happy with Benuta…

The website is clear and well-understandable. I did not understand the tax line when I check the prices but finally, I realised that the tax is included. You may add this information in the line of tax (included)

I bought multiple items including a large rug from Benuta. The rug didn't suit our room, so I returned it. It was quite a straightforward return process. They charge £20 for return costs, but that was good enough for a large rug. The other items that I chose to keep - a throw blanket and bathroom rugs - are of good quality.
