Room for improvement - Please consider more eco-friendly packaging.

The sleeves came in a plastic bag, and then another plastic bag outside of it. Did it need to be double bagged?

Like-wise the whole package came in a messy tapped up bag. Can you consider an envelop and a clean tape? (Maybe it was messy-tapped because of inspections. If so, maybe there are ways to work with the customs inspection so the package doesn't arrive all battered and ugly. Thanks.

Website navigation is good & easy. Free delivery is good offer. Product colour choice can be more varieties, or make all designs have same colour options.

Fuss-free order. Received the over-glasses shades fairly quickly and in good condition.

I like the quality of the product. In the past, I dislike the tee of most brands of sportswear. Most of them are skin unbreathable, heat trapped inside.
Once I brought one sports outwear at shop . The color is light blue as the light colors are sold out .
When I wear it inside the mall, the fabric is comfortable. As I walk outside, the temperature is high, it’s non sticky to the skin, still feeling well under the sun. The color and cutting are also great . Size is exactly what I expected.

Haven’t gotten my purchases yet but so far the overall experience shopping at Beneunder was great! Easy to navigate and checkout. The products, specifically the sunglasses, were so cute and easy to browse.

I’ve ordered from Beneunder numerous times, and I have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The quality, protection, and design of the products are all flawless. You truly can’t get anything like this anywhere else. My only wish is that they had more products!

Quality of the clothes are great! Items ate as pictured. Sizes can run a bit small when compared with standard western sizes. But that’s why you use the size chart! I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Beneunder.

Ordering online was seamless, dispatch of the item was very fast too which exceeded my expectation, thought there will be a delay because of their sale, overwhelming of packing and dispatch and all, but nope, it was dispatched within 24 hours after my purchase. The tracking of the item was also very easy. Item was packed in a very tight manner, displaying sincerity even when packing to ensure item will not be damage during transit. So happy with the item received, so compact, lightweight and looking forward to using it. Highly recommended!

I like the styles and the sizes are accurate. The fabrics are very comfortable. I hope to have more choices of skirts, pants and shoes.

So I have been seeing the ad on FB for a while now and I’m interested in how they presented it. I wish they offer more selling points or discount. Anyway the site is user friendly.. easy and safe to navigate. Can’t wait to receive my order

SCAM JUNK QUALITY - DONT BUY
Item arrived and it was crap. Flimsy made cheap already falling apart. Contact company immediately and BENEUNDER HAS ONLY GIVEN ATTITUDE AND A HARD TIME. MADE SOME BS EXCUSE THAT THEY CANNOT TAKE RETURN AS THEIR WAREHOUSE IS IN MOVING STAGES. DONT BUY.

Ridiculous sizing… even if you wear xs-s all your life - in this brand you need to get xl and hope it will fit you.

Lesson learned from losing my entire order.
This Hong Kong based company lost my package and refused to refund or resend order. Its website claims to be not responsible for lost packages. What a one-sided policy that protects business but ignores customer rights. Beneunder violates customer protection law. I will never buy here.
