Fast and easy checkout, just disappointed that not all items can be shipped to my location

Very easy to place my order. Great clothing and hats.Great price point. I love that it has SPF in all of the products.

I could not use the 15% discount that I received when I initially logged onto the site by spinning the wheel. Instead it gave me the lower 10% discount for becoming a member. There was no way to remove the 10% discount.

It’s been 3weeks not receiving my items. The customer services are using AI. No response by emails. No reachable telephone contact of the company.

I like the styles and colors but pictures of the product should include all angles to see how it fits and what it covers. Some products only have picture of the hat or clothes and not how it looks on a person

I ordered 3 weeks ago, still havnt received it. :(

The advertisement on facebook was interested and managed to create my interest to click in to shop. It was easy to navigate in the page to find what i want to buy. The sun protection hat and folding sunglasses are the items which i wanted to buy during my trip to bangkok last year, however ended up did not managed to get them. Now i have placed my order and is looking forward excitedly to receive them.

I never encountered a website with such a bad return process. You have to do everything in email. Sometimes it takes them days to send a shipping label, and sometimes they ask you to send it back yourself. Very unsatisfied with the customer service, and it seems they only has one person on customer service, songsui. Every email is handled by this person. If you want do e-commerce in US, you should follow the standard service provided by US companies.

Ordering is easy. Love all the new pieces. The colours are beautiful, and you can certainly mix and match everything. I now own many pieces by Beneunder, including coats, pants, and tops. They are very well made. However, you must make sure you order the right sizes.

The customer service is really bad. They make it extremely difficult to return for refund. They make up reasons denying your return. Do NOT buy from them or you will be scammed.

The members login hasn't been working. When it works, it work sporadically. I cannot use my points to make purchase. The code sent to me to use points for purchase doesn't work.

I love the quality and your sunglasses style but the shoes I think you can create more. I like the cute one but i can't see ut anymore maybe you won't restock it again? But overall I love it.
