I would give a 0 star if the Trustpilot allow it. Purchased a hat from them, but didn't receive any email confirmation. Luckily as the first time buying from them, I took a screenshot of my order.

Email them to track my order. First, they said my email is wrong. Second, they said my order was sent to the USA which I have never live there.

In my screenshot, it showed clearly the shipping address is in the UK.

They have told me this “If the address in your order is unable to receive the package, we recommend that you inform the delivery person whether they can redirect the package or that you refuse delivery when they contact you.”

How can I inform delivery person in the USA while I'm in the UK?

It's totally scam company. I just want to warn anyone if you plan to order from them, think twice.

I have a very positive experience purchasing from this company. Not only the quality of the products are good and matches the description, their customer service is superb. I had more than once needed to modify my order, my requests were answered and matters were resolved immediately. It saved me a lot of time and efforts.

Extremely helpful. The SPF jackets are worth the price -- light and beautiful. The mask/hats offer ways to customise your sun protection to your needs. I just wish they had a simple, basic tank top to go with the jackets!

Poor and arrogant customer services. They do not accept returns for quality or sizing issues. Plus, they chose a poor shipping service which is not reliable. Their shipping is slow. They do not guaranteed for timing delivery even you paid extra for fast shipping.

Their products quality is average but nothing special, compares with their higher prices vs. other brand's UV protection products.

I am very disappointed with their so so quality with higher prices, not to mention their poor and arrogant customer services.

I'd look away from this company.

I like the detailed description of the product and the pictures of the products, especially with people waring them. I like the sizing charts.

I like the color choices.
Some suggestions: I wish you have matched colors for top and bottom. Links to other pieces models in pictures wearing. Consistent color with names -- it's unclear if the color differences are from pictures or they are truly different.
I also wish you have more detailed description to each pieces. For example, many tops styles look similar but I couldn't quite get the difference. Similar issues with pants. I ended up ordering multiple planning on returning the unwanted ones

The shipping took two weeks, and the sizes didn’t match US standards, so I had to return everything. The return process has been a nightmare. You have to email support, and all you get at first is an automatic reply saying it’ll take several days for a response. When they finally respond, they just ask more questions. Even after agreeing to provide a return label, it’s been more days of waiting and getting the same automatic replies whenever I follow up. It feels like they’re trying to avoid issuing a refund. Not worth buying from them.

Shipping was easy and arrived within a reasonable time frame. The product i purchased is within what I expected. The quality is good and serves my purpose.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life, hands down. They sent me the wrong item and when I sent them a photo of proof they told me I needed a POLICE REPORT in order to get a refund or replacement item!!!!!! After so many emails back and forth they flat out refused to fix their mistake. Buy at your own risk.

Like the look of the product .. have ordered a size up to ensure it fits, hope I have not made a mistake

First time purchase and yet to receive the product. I bought it under express shipping which promises express shipping (4-7 days) yet after 7 days, the status on Shop app still shows ‘ preparing shipment’ and no email or notification from store to update me on what happened. So I emailed to ask. It seems that the hat I wanted is out of stock. The company apologised for what it assumed to be ‘confusion’ & seek my understanding. No mention of estimated delivery date or if I will receive any refund for the delay.

So in the meantime, I have to wait it seems, maybe next week, maybe next month, maybe next year.

All the items I've purchased from Beneunder have been exactly as described, good quality, great designs, never let me down.

The range of products look very stylish and useful for the warm and humid weather conditions in Singapore. The price is higher compared to other companies. However I feel that if quality is superior then it’s worth the value. It took me a while to hit the ‘confirm order’ as it’s above my budget. Yet, I am willing to try and bring comfort and care to myself.
