Ok tool
Ok tool, terrible systainer insert. Rail Square not held in place when lid closed and no space for the small parts, also can’t keep the flag stops assembled for storage. Worse than that, the company are terrible to deal with, rude and arrogant. The tool itself has a rather cheap feeling clasp. Every time I use it I’m annoyed at the terrible storage and reminded of the unpleasantness of Ralph. I had my eye on some parallel guides but I’ll get them from someone else.
Edit: The parts can’t be stored on the extrusion only some of them, the rail square isn’t held in place, the insert is rubbish. I fedback on the insert and the respond came across as it’s not rubbish, we are great, you’re using it wrong, return it if you want. It is rubbish, own it.

After reviewing your emails, we are slightly confused about how we came across as rude and arrogant. From your first email with Hannah regarding a 2nd hand MK2 Rail Square, she looked to see if any were available, but we didn't have any so gave a discount code as requested by you to purchase the mk3, which you were grateful for. You then emailed giving some feedback about the systainer foam, to which I responded back to you within 10 minutes of receiving your email. I was at my daughter's Sports day, but I felt you needed an urgent response. My response was the following;
"The components are stored on the rail square and extrusion.
The thumb screw attaches to the square, and the joining bar can be stored in the extrusion. With the hex keys, they push into the foam.
Or they are all stored in the Jiffy bag. There is only space for the equipment, and unfortunately, we have to work with what we have.
If this isn’t to your satisfaction you are more than welcome to return this. I’m sure you will love using the square as we have sold nearly 1000 of them with 99% satisfaction. "

great, but could be better
I had ordered the fence dogs for my incra fence set up and they work great.
If you're not from the UK, stock up as the shipping is expensive. I know there's no way around this and not there fault.
There's a bit of play from back to front but that's probably my top.
All in all great products.

Hi Joshua, Thanks for your review. I'm glad Fence Dogs worked for you. Going to the note on the Delivery, yes, it can be expensive, but this is due to the courier fees we get charged. There's nothing that we can do about that but as a bonus on this our deliveries are very quick and can be received within 3-5 days one we have shipped the items, hopefully, soon we can local stockists to help reduce these costs. As for the Thumbscrews, we state in the description what you would receive when ordering a product from us; this way, it saves on confusion about what you will receive when your order is delivered. As for the play, I would assume that the holes on your MFT top are oversized, hence the play, something we have overcome when buying MFT tops from us, knowing that the holes are to spec. Possibly look at the Quad fence dogs. This would have been an ideal product for you and is great for oversized holes as they give an element of expansion to fill the gap.

Everything just breathes quality.
Customer from The Netherlands. I ordered a MK3 railsquare and some stainless steel benchdogs during a sale end of March. The website mentioned delivery could take longer due to the sale. Which is a nice touch. Delivery was a bit later than usual and within the time frame I expected.
I received an email from DHL for import tax etc and that was handled quick and easy.
The railsquare and dogs look and feel like quality products. The calibration report and some promo stuff like stickers are a nice addition. Packaging was good. Everyting arrived undamaged and complete. The railsquare works great with my Makita track and saw.

Sometimes things happen..

Just purchased the Mk 3 rail square…
Just purchased the Mk 3 rail square great upgrade to from the Mk 2 which i have had for a while, also purchased the upgrade kit for my Mk 2 so easy to convert now the Mk 3 can stay in the workshop and the Mk 2 in the van,great company would not hesitate to recommend.

Very disappointed with quad mft hinge system. Manual is totally bad. I don't have holes like they have and they offered me no solution. For 300eur spend I would expect help.

Sorry you are disappointed but we assume when you make an order on our website you read the descriptions carefully to know you are ordering the right product for your needs. The product you purchased is for a MFT as stated on the website and in the name of the product we also have instructions on our website but this is to install on a MFT top. The top you have is for a different system Vario System which has a hole spacing of 100mm unlike a MFT which is 96mm.
As we were in contact via email where we were looking into a way you could use the system by using another method but we are unable to help due to there being no drawing’s available to have some dimensions to work with. In that note a return would be the option for you.
You are more than welcome to send back for a refund please check our website for information on how to do this.

Mk 3 Ultra Rail Square
Mk 3 Ultra Rail Square arrived a few days earlier than expected - product was well packaged - perfectly square, easy to set up and use and to my eye very well made. I'm new to track saws so will have to see whether any other Benchdog products are relevant to me but would have no hesitation recommending the Ultra.

Rude, Dishonest Company
I made a purchase for £160 and was quoted 1-3 days delivery for £8.50 ( it was actually £9.60 delivery but hey ho ), 4 days later I received an email thanking me for my patience and telling me all of the packing staff are working hard to get orders out, no apology for the delay and no estimated delivery date, I emailed to ask when I could expect my order as I needed it for a job and the reply I received told me that they had cancelled my order as they could not guarantee dispatch in the next 2 days! I did not ask them to do this, I cannot give an honest review as to the quality of their products as they have sent me nothing and now cancelled my order altogether, I can give an honest review of the business and that is 'don't believe the website, don't be in a hurry for your order or good manners, don't expect decent customer relations, expect excuses and no answers'

Hi Ami. We don’t seem to have an order in your name but if you are writing a review on the order that was cancelled today under a different name.
We sent an email out today stating longer dispatch times than normal and appreciated your patience and understanding. We received an email stating to cancel if we couldn’t get you the product to you in time. So not to hold up your job the request was followed. We also followed up with an email confirming this.
We dispatch orders in numerical order as we feel this is the most fair way to dispatch orders. On our busy times which we do state in our shipping terms and order confirmation email the standard dispatch time is 2-3 days but can be longer during busy periods.
If you want to reorder and message us we can put the order back in its same position in the pile as per the original order.
