The transaction was quick and easy, but the pricing makes no sense its like they have to charge something.
I sold my goldwing ( 2 year old) and my v strom and replaced with a 900 tiger. Mid term.
Now two years ago I swapped a gsxs and a tiger for the goldwing and it almost doubled the price, so natural logic says I wouldn't need to pay them anything to swap back, in fact they should owe me.
WRONG they want £4.34, that's no money at all really, but it's the principle, you can't have it both ways.

It took a little while to answer the phone but Manuel Teles was great once the call was answered.

Collecting a new bike is amazing, but insuring it can be a chore. Manny at Be-Moto completed this task for me effortlessly, he then quite genuinely wished me well. A pleasant chap doing a great job. If I ever make a claim I hope the experience is as good...Paul.G.

This insurance company are for me a life saver. I had been insured for many years with Bennetts but when my renewal coincided with my 80th birthday the price went from £497 to £1356. At the time I made the mistake of accepting that what happens when you get old However when I changed my bike from a Multistrada to a Tracer I was informed that they wanted a further £710. By going to BEmoto I am now paying £389.99. Also while dealing with BEmoto I found them both efficient and informative. In other words they were bikers as well. What a great company. Bennetts will be refunding £700 for my cancellation.

After trawling through many bike insurance companies, I finally called Bemoto, which a friend recommended. My motorcycle cover came in at £124 cheaper than Bike Sure. Despite them quoting yoy wont get it any cheaper, well, BS, I did. Manny was very helpful in finalising the deal.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone to re-activate my bike policy. Bemoto had been unable to take payment automatically due to my card expiring, as I was out of the country I was unable to call to give new card details.
Being able to call via WhatsApp would be a positive improvement.
Annabella was very nice, though.
