Great Online Course
This was great short course that you could access and do at your own pace, no strict deadlines on when you had to attend/complete stages.
Gives a good range of practices to enable you to pick which ones are right for you as an individual. Also the confirmation that if you feel certain things when doing your practices that you are not doing anything wrong and there is no 'right' way.
Would recommend for anyone who wants to start mindfulness for stress/anxiety or just for better health.
Excellent course
Excellent course , really helping me in my recovery from a brain hemorrhage, helping to ground me and stay focused. Also helping me with depression and ptsd. Very informative, excellent communication throughout.

Some helpful videos and practices. Found the structure of the course a little confusing at times and wonder if would have been preferable to offer all of the material at the outset with a guide to mapping your way through it, if necessary accompanied by occasional reminders. You never knew if you were opening an inspirational quotation or a video which might need rather longer set aside. Thanks.

My experience of the bemindful.com on line course was extremely positive and will be for myself a tool for life. It backed up a mindfulness course I did with the nhs previously.
I found the leaders of the course Tessa and Ed informative,clear,concise and encouraging. The library was easy to access and the meditations, quotes and exercises were insightful and inspiring. If I occasionally went of track and forgot to do the course for a while a gentle non-judgemental email was sent to me which helped me alot to get back on track. The fact I can carry on using everything in my library for life after completing the course is a big welcomed bonus which I really am making use of and will carry on doing so. I would suggest this course to anyone and everyone. Weather you are struggling with mental health issues at this time or not? We all need to be reminded to stay present in the moment and connect to our breathing. Thanks so much bemindful.com

This program was very helpful and supportive as I worked through the associated book and workbook. The course was like having your own instructor guiding you along. I am grateful that I can return to the program indefinitely. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how mindfulness can improve their quality of life, particularly if one suffers from depression and/or anxiety.

Be Mindful is a useful and affordable start to finding out about the important basics of mindfulness. It was a useful reminder for me. I thought the videos, email reminders and homework each week was manageable and helped to make mindfulness a healthy daily habit.
Be mindful has really helped me
Be mindful has really helped me along with some lifestyle changes . I am trying to use what I have learnt in my everyday life even when I'm not stressed anxious or worrying about things. But I am sleeping better, dealing with normal stressful situations better and feel more in control. I would recommend be mindful
