I really liked the course and the…

I really liked the course and the emails that went with it were supportive, it's also good that the downloads are still accessable. The two talkers had great reassuring voices that were easy to listen to.

Very well structured and enjoyable

Very well structured and enjoyable. I will be using all parts of it in the coming weeks. My main problem is sleep and switching off an active mind to sink into sleep. seems to be a long journey. My age is 91.

Helpful Practices

I found this course very useful in helping me deal with anxiety issues. The step by step instruction were easy to follow and the teachers spoke in very calm tones of voice. The exercise on following the breath has helped in situations of anxiety. The mindful way is something that needs to be practiced on a regular basic to get the full benefit. I am very glad I have taken the course and would recommend it to others.

Great concept but use it as a jumping off point to explore

I think the concept is great but believe meditation exercises should include more variety. I found myself seeking out apps and videos to explore other mindful exercises as I didn’t particularly like any of the videos that the male narrated. For whatever reason, I could not get past his voice and after three weeks of various apps, found I actually have a preference for female voices for mindful meditation - and a much stronger preference for more of a guided meditation. The type presented in these videos was boring and I prefer having someone draw my focus to breathing patterns, etc.That being said I am now seeking out mindful meditation each evening and looking forward to the practice! In a nutshell. Great concept but would have preferred more trainers with exposure to different styles.

Found this to be very helpful in the…

Found this to be very helpful in the beginning my concentration wasn't that good and could have given up early but tried to stick with it I'm glad I did its just a matter now of going back over the weeks and trying to put in in to practice when I'm feeling anxious but I would say to any one stick with it .
