This company is for sure a scam, please avoid at all costs. I usually don’t write reviews but this one deserves it. They canceled our reservation 5 minutes before to our Paris,opera “plush” apartment ! Literally insanity, we were left with no where to stay.

I have booked a bungalow for 2 weeks that was advertised as having air conditioning (a must for my family and for obvious reasons with such high temps) and it did not. So we spent 2 weeks in nearly 40 °C without air conditioning and not even a draft of air inside the bungalow. Belvilla still insists the structure had AC and in fact they advertise it as such, but if you visit the camp's site (Belvedere Pineta - Aquileia Italy) anyone can see that the bungalows DON'T have it. I even sent them the screen shot of Belvedere Pineta's website! Belvilla denies their wrong and has refused to recognize me any reimbursement.

Avoid this company. Having book 4 months prior through Airbnb, they ignored repeated messages when making contact about how to check into the property then cancelled the booking at 9.30pm for the next day leaving us in our destination with elderly relatives and nowhere to stay. They didn’t even inform Airbnb (trying to avoid their cancellation charges no doubt). This company is a scam in our opinion. Avoid!

I cannot highlight enough how much you should avoid this company.

They have taken our money and cancelled our air b&b with two weeks until we travel and also refuse to reply even after issuing a refund

I was scammed by this company. They are hosting a property owned by other in Perugia with Airbnb. I booked the property by accident, and the property has a no refund policy. However I received a message from them stating the booking would be confirmed only after receiving a voucher. As it was not confirmed yet I immediately communicated to them the mistake and asked them to cancel. Hours later they confirmed the booking, willfully ignoring my message. I raised the problem with Airbnb, and they contacted belvilla, who first claimed they could not get in touch with the property then eventually indicated the property had refused the refund. I contacted the property myself and they sent me the screenshot of the email where they indicated that they had agreed on a full refund. Yet Belvilla kept ignoring my requests. So they scammed both me and the property out of our money.

Avoid booking their villas if you can, from the second you book they start pretending more money than what was paid on Booking.com.
They have no rights to do that and Booking customer service will confirm it to you, so don’t pay!
They threaten to cancel your booking and don’t give you answers on how to check-in.
It’s really a scam.
Their italian phone number is a fake number and you need to call an unfriendly and unhelpful customer service in the Netherlands if you want to speak to them.
Really bad experience with them.

Don't expect to get the apartment you booked and don't expect that you will be able to get any help solving the problem when reaching out to Belvilla. We booked an apartment at the Como Lake through Airbnb but the apartment we got is not at all corresponding with the pictures shown on Airbnb. Belvilla is showing faulty pictures of the properties on Airbnb and in that way misleading the Airbnb users. We will probably never use Belvilla again as we can't trust the product they are promoting.

The house is excellent, very clean, with everything we need. The outside garden is very pleasant.
Mr. Hans was always very thoughtful and helped in everything he could.
We loved the stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the appartment in Spa! When we entered the appartment, we were amazed by the space and luxurious rooms. Especially the kitchen was great. Everything was nice and clean. The only disadvantage was that the shower in the bath didn't work properly, so to we had to wash ourselves in the bath tub. Nevertheless, it was a great stay and we definitely recommend the appartment!

Great house for large groups. Plenty of toilets, showers, etc. Pleasant host. Great bar in the basement

Great home, clean and well equiped.

We had a great time at this beautiful house on a hillside near lake Trasimeno.
Nice walks to make and easy startingpoint for visits at the old towns of Umbria.
A nice and comfortable home with a warm owner who helps you if necessary.
We stayed for 11 days. There is sunny and shade so always a place to relax outside.

Very nice place, fenced garden, very quiet place. The pool wasn't too big, but it was ok for us. The facilities were good: you could play table tennis, bbq, ... The house itself was pretty big as well. The beds and bathroom were a little bit outdated.

The accomodation was great whe had a wonderfull time. The contact with Belvilla was also easy and very good.

Excellent location in Trois-Points to explore the area. Beautiful villa with all accommodations available.
