So read the reviews after I purchased, luckily I did it with PayPal, I emailed the company and said I'd like to cancel put a request through PayPal and got my money refunded straight away. Next time I will always look at reviews first. I also thought it an English company bur Chinese or Japanese writing on the PayPal payer

Devastated I was over charged and they don’t seem in a hurry to refund me! I feel so foolish, I wish I didn’t place the order I want to cancel but can’t speak to an actual human

I’ve ordered 3 money boxes about a month ago not received them yet . From looking at the reviews it looks like I never will.

Ordered 2 piggy banks on 30 Sept. Never received and no reply to emails or refund given. Totally digusted.

Scam tracking rubbish been a month nothing received do not buy from this company can’t contact

I ordered two piggy banks, paid invoice & when receipt came through it was for more than the invoice. I immediately messaged them & emailed them to cancel the order & refund my money. surprise, surprise no reply I then tried to cancel through PayPal who were absolutely useless. I couldn’t cancel with bank as pending transaction. Once taken I again contacted my bank who informed me that as it was from abroad I had to give them 30 days as they would just reply to the bank that they had been despatched.

I too thought they were a U.K. based company.

I have raised several queries with the company each time receiving an automatic reply asking if been resolved!

I have just received the money boxes, personally I’ve seen better for less money from U.K. sellers on Esty. I wish I’d seen them first.

Still waiting on reply from the company as I want the difference in price that they charged me.

I ordered 2 piggybanks initially overcharged me ,but did refund it,but I have not received the piggybanks,I also thought it was a British company,am not getting any replies from my e mails ,just emails saying order not completed.,looks like I,ve been scammed

I ordered 2 money boxes thinking that this company was UK based but they are a Chinese company. Tracking states that my order has been shipped to United States no idea why! I have PayPal investigating this and hopefully I will get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!

Took extra money from account than invoiced then when good’s finally arrived it was broken so grandson didn’t get his present, stay clear of theses scams 😡

Awful company, I like others ordered, when I had no confirmation email or invoice I realised there was something amiss. Tried emailing them, all I got was an automated chat box. I contacted my bank and they have thankfully taken it on to get my money refunded.. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!

Update: 23/10/23 Money box/piggy banks have finally arrived despite being advised by Evri they had lost it in their system?! They are smaller than the ones on their advert on Facebook & Instagram and packaged differently than advertised, but they’re here!

Update 20/10/23 Over 3 weeks now and still no sign of my parcel. Evri are currently searching for it. Be interesting to see if the tracking info being provided by Beloved-Ours is genuine as it’s not corresponding to Evri!

I ordered 2 money boxes over 2 weeks ago. Looked on here and now concerned that I won’t see them?! PayPal are being as difficult to contact as this odd company who, like others, I thought was UK based? I’ve managed to track item which is supposedly on its way to the UK. Evri gateway currently have it but no update since 10th October. Will update on here if anything materialises. Oh and the extra £4 added was for VAT.

Does this company even exist?? I ordered something from an advertisement seen on Instagram so I thought it was legit. The company seemed British but once I paid through PayPal they were Chinese. I have chased my items but they've still not arrived. They've given me some tracking details from a company in the USA. Definitely avoid. Definitely a scam.

I was halfway through an order and decided to check reviews of the company. Glad I did. I decided not to complete my order but unfortunately had got as far as putting in my email address. I was then bombarded with emails to say that I hadn't completed my order, then it's in transit, then haven't completed it, then in transit etc. etc.. If you are in any doubt look at their facebook page reviews. All are obvious fakes. Avoid!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stupidly ordered and immediately realised that I shouldn’t have after reading reviews- cancelled my order within 10 minutes of ordering, customer services refused to acknowledge numerous emails and replied only after shipping saying I was unable to cancel

Should have read the reviews. More money has been taken than i authorised with PayPal. Should be shut down

Update 9th November 2023

After receiving a tracking number that didn’t work, I contacted Beloved Ours who always replied with BE PATIENT!! But this time it was contact the seller, my reply was that I didn’t buy from the seller. I bought from you!!! I did contact the seller through PayPal who didn’t answer, so phoned PayPal today and have refunded my money. Amazing service from PayPal, and rubbish from Beloved Ours!!! Don’t buy from this company!

Still no money boxes and keep getting told to be patient. Well my patience has run out, the tracking number doesn't work, so avoid at all costs.

Update again 26th October

So again still no money boxes x 3 that were ordered on the 6th October. I never received a tracking number and although I get a quick response from their customer service, they tell me to be patient they will check it and it will come!!!!. So it’s time to contact PayPal.

I must say that I got an immediate response to being over charged and received £6.33 credit back to my credit card. I Haven't received the goods yet so hope that the quality is better than one of the reviews!!

I've only just ordered, and haven't received the goods yet, and stupidly didn't check the reviews, but I've been overcharged by £4 why!!!! You'll pay in the end by not getting any orders. I've asked Paypal to cancel my order, and I'll contact my Credit Card company too.

This company charged my bank more than I authorised online. The support helpline does not exist.
Now received a tracking email to say product on way however when googling them they too are scammers
Do not purchase anything from this company
I am still awaiting delivery of my item but reading other reviews it will probably never be received
