Zero rating. Ordered 2 money boxes, paid with PayPal and tracking stopped once it reached the UK. Me being the amateur sleuth, reverse searched the image on the 'about us' page and low and behold, its a stock image so the whole website is an absolute scam. Absolutely avoid this at all costs

As others have stated they make out they are Uk based but are not .
Ordered 2 money boxes as as other reviews shipping from abroad then stops whit gets to Uk
Bad response from company just automated replies then they say please be patient!!
Flagged with PayPal and received a refund thank goodness for PayPal

This is a zero review. I read reviews on website, and there were no bad reviews. My reviews were being deleted too. Ordered four banks and paid. Tracking number shows arrival in uk, then stopped. Reading other reviews here, ordering from these is a no on FB. I did not pay by PayPal, and have lost my money I think. No response on email either. Very annoyed 😡

Please note a 0 score!! Ordered 2 money boxes and 2 bras. Neither parcel has turned up and all tracking stopped once they reached the UK several weeks ago. Despite the company stating they are in the UK they are NOT.
My emails have been met with the usual responses from scammers..and that is what this company is..a SCAM. DO NOT USE as they'll steal your money!!!!

2 months and still waiting for order. Tracking disappeared. Trying to navigate around website for a response is impossible.

Ordered 4 money boxes. Tracking stopped when arrived in UK. All email responses were automated. Luckily I paid by PayPal so reported them to PayPal and received an instant refund. Do not order off FB there are lots of adverts for different items but all the same company. Check reviews before you order. I wish I had.

Ordered 3 money boxes - no order acknowledgement - contacted by email to which there was a standard response and still nothing. Payment has been tyaken from bank and tried to contact again but still no response apart from an email acknowledgement.

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 15+ case supposed to be reinforced in silver and super strong it cost me over £20 supposed to be a couple of days delivery took over three weeks to get here when I was tracking it. It was coming from somewhere in China. The case arrived. It is a cheap piece of plastic which I would not pay £1.99 for as I was trying to case on The case snapped. I have emailed them as of now no reply do not trust this company.

Complete scam. Purchased a money box via FB ad. ‘Supposed’ tracking saying on way from USA despite saying UK company. Paid. When ‘item’ got to UK tracking disappeared. Despite comms trying to get a reasonable answer, standard answers from auto response is ‘please be patient’. 6 weeks later, no money box. Please read reviews and don’t let this company rip you off!

Nightmare. I stupidly purchased from a Facebook ad for my grandchildren. It never gave me the option to select which piggy bank letters I wanted
I immediately got in touch to explain the error but, no response, I assumed, at worst, I would send back as in UK but further research has identified its coming from USA! I keep getting tracking numbers that lead nowhere. Now I've noticed they are registered in Aberdeen! No goods so far. DONT BUY!!

UTTER SCAMMERS - AVOID…..

Placed an order on 31-10-23 I have had no confirmation on order or tracking and dispatch, I was over charged but once I noticed this I emailed them and was refunded the over charge payment. I have since tried speaking with someone on chat to be met with a robotic response of the same answer to every question I ask, they reply being “sorry I can’t be of any help please wait patiently”. I have today opened a dispute with PayPal asking for my order to be cancelled and a full refund… absolute scam merchants DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE (I placed order through Instagram post) obviuosly fake.. so annoyed with myself.

Do not order from these!!! They are a joke, item was tracking then al of a sudden it’s disappeared. I order it in September still no sign! Where is my order? Who knows. Luckily I paid using Klarna and they have stopped payment.

Ordered 4 money boxes on 28th sept 23, didn’t realise they were coming from America until I got the first tracking email. I was ok with it as I wasn’t in a rush as they were for the grandkids for Xmas. Every few days I had an email explaining were they were (customs etc) then 3 weeks later they arrived in Lincoln, England, I left it 3 days then tried to track but all the tracking list had disappeared, I clicked on the support centre on the shipping emails went onto a chat and was told to be patient, the delivery will be soon. After 2 more days I went on beloved-ours website and complained through that, their reply was they would urge the shipping company to update the tracker! I replied to that to ask how long am I supposed to wait, when they didn’t reply by the next day I went in the resolution centre in PayPal, a few clicks and they are going to refund.
I was really looking forward to giving these as gifts but I would recommend you avoid this company

Company are an absolute joke!
Ordered in September, goods are apparently still en-route and stuck in Lincoln for some reason no-one can or will explain.
Will not refund until i received and return the goods so just stuck in limbo.
DO NOT USE unless you want to be ripped off!!!

I ordered 9 of these for my grandchildren so expensive,firstly I was overcharged,then was charged duty tax,how are Facebook allowing these adverts when they pick up other issues so quickly.I had a few emails updating me of where they are but still haven't arrived,I ordered them in September.Dont know what to do next they cost me nearly £100.Id say one ⭐ is too good.

Company not contactable, goods not delivered. Save your money, do NOT buy from this company. Barclaycard refunded my money and are starting an enquiry. Also interesting to note that the only positve reviews on Trustpilot are from people with only 1 review to their name.

Ordered 5 of these money boxes the 27/9/23 was told 5-15 days I’ve stil not received them and they overcharged.
They are a scam company
