I ordered a jacket and a cardigan on the 7 October and it only arrived over a month later. To my disappointment the items were nothing like what I was expecting. The cardigan resembles a tea towel material and the jacket is not a jacket, more a light cardigan. Lots of emails emails back and fourth and the company trying to persuade me to keep the items or offer me a refund of $28 as compensation! I don't think so! They have finally agreed to refund me for the jacket but I will need to pay for postage and they have warned me of the lengthy shipment to China and refund process. I don't know if I will ever receive my refund based on some of the other reviews. Should I bother returning it?? Has anyone ever received a full refund?

Ordered a blouse on October 20 and still have not received it, no notification from merchant. Buyer beware!!!!!

I ordered a shirt and the quality of what came in was totally different than the picture and the color was not even what I ordered. It was actually a joke what the quality of the shirt was that I got! I paid 25.08 for the shirt and shipping. I ordered a gray shirt and a baby blue shirt came in. The customer service emailed me back and said that that they acknowledge that they sent me the wrong color but did I want to keep it. I said no and they offered me a 3.00 refund and 6.00 credit at their store. I would never buy anything ever again there. They will not pay for return shipping to send it back although they sent the wrong item. It would cost me more than that to send from the USA to China. I have now disputed it with PayPal.

BEWARE! Ordered jumper 2xl as suspected Asian sizing thinking European 16 would arrive. What I got was jumper that I doubt would fit an 11 year old. Quality poor too. They offered me $10 - for what? Never going to use this site again.

I made a purchase on September 21st for an item and paid for express shipping. It’s now November 9th and it still hasn’t been received. When I contacted Bellalike for a refund, they told me it would be 20 days for that to happen and then offered me a $50 reward on my next purchase with them. Why on earth would I buy anything else when they can’t fulfill my original order. I emailed them again and asked for a refund and they told me to work it out with my credit card company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY

Waited weeks and weeks for leopard top.When it arrived the print is nothing like the picture.The print is only one sided as the inner side is exposed at the back it looks awful. The top is cheap looking and poor quality.I would advise anyone give this firm amiss.

Superb! I am supprise by the quality of products I got from this store. and great customer feedback service has made me their fan and this is why I love to shop from them. I had issue with my order and their customer care responded very quickly, this shows that they are well organized and setup system, I would recommended

Clothes look and fit nothing like portrayed in the picture. I ordered an off the shoulder sweatshirt and it has a tight neckline resembaling one a 10 year old boy would wear. Do not order from this place!

I ordered a jumper on the 13th October and paid the extra for express delivery. I was expecting my parcel to arrive within 5-7 days. It is now the 5th November and I have still not received it.
I have contacted bellalike several times who have basically told me to be patient and wait for it to arrive. They do not seem to care that I paid the extra for express delivery.
The tracking number they gave me does not exist on DHL system so I still do not know if my package is in transit.
Avoid buying from this company if you live in the UK

This company is a big scam , they send me part of my order after almost a month or so and they said that that they run out of the rest of my items. I choose another set of items, and they have been ignoring me since then.
Please make sure not to order from them, they are big liars, they stealing people s money.

This company is a big scam!!! It’s been over a month and still no package! They will not respond!!!!!

I would give it zero stars if that were possible! Items were ordered in May and as of today - October 31st - 5 months later, one item out of three never arrived and the money has never been refunded (the two dresses I did get 3 months later incidentally didn't fit and were ugly). After many attempts to contact the company they admitted the item was not in stock at the time that I ordered it. I said I was no longer interested in it (summer sandals) and could I please have my money refunded.

They kept assuring me, by email of course, that the money would be returned and their repetitive answer is: Our financial department takes time to process refunds. I have never heard of a customer service policy that takes people's money for items that aren't delivered and then refuses to return it 5 months later! It's not a policy, it's outright theft. STAY AWAY.

Horrible!!!! The clothes are not like on the picture. I had to wait three months to receive it and now they don't have an address to send it back to??? I want my money back but it's very hard to get it back. It is the worst company I ever ordered anything from!! And the custom service is horrible as well

This company should not be allowed to sell anything! I order a beautiful jacket - at least it was beautiful on the pictures. All I got back was a hideous jacket not remarkably similar 😤
