Total scam, please stay away from this company. Ordered some linen dresses with embroderies, got some terrible polyester with print dresses, just useless and fake! Guess i should know better…

THE worst purchase ever! Bought two tops from a Facebook advertisement. I thought I was getting two cotton peasant -type tops with embroidered yokes. What I received were two hideous shiny polyester monstrosities with the upper halves emblazoned with what looks like blurry photos of embroidery instead
Of actual embroidery. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. The deception and rip off should be illegal!!

This company is a big scam. They send things that were not ordered. The sizes are not even close to the charts. The fabric is not even wearable. Thin and seams are substandard. Please do not waste your time or money.

Doesn't even deserve a star worse company ever i try to reach to them phone number Doesn't work i email them and they didn't even answer them......the product does not even look close to what they advertised.....please don't even shop at this place very disappointed 😞

I received items not as described. A nightmare reaching customer service! No response.
I returned items from return address they were sent from.
Four months later still no refund of items.
Thank God I used pay pal to pay for my order. Still in dispute and they are trying to ignore them as well.

This company is worse than worse! I only wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Took forever to receive the merchandise and when I did every piece was damaged. I was told to mail back all items at expense to me. I did mail them back promptly and have yet to receive a refund. Every time I comply with their requests they simply act like they never received the response and then ask for something else. Please do not waste your money, time and efforts in dealing with this company! So frustrating.

Poor quality of clothings that i can probably get much better ones from roadside stalls! First order "vanished" and i had to follow-up with them after 2 months. Second order which i was made to pay the shipping fees again! So much time spent on follow-up with them on my order.

Simply HORRIBLE and in my opinion, an absolute waste of money. VERY misleading with all the photos they post versus the actual products they deliver.

Dont even deserve 1 star. Tried to do an exchange as a M fit like an XS, was told to pay $14 for the exchange and was never given a address to send it to or told a new one was sent out. Was asked 5 times in the same email thread for a screen shot of the pay pal transaction. Most recently they had the audacity to say a new one was sent out and they are not responsible for “lost packages”. 4 months worth of emails and still no resolution. If you saw the emails you’d never in your life order from them.

Horrible company! It is a joke. Beware, they operate under other names like loveswow.com - they advertise heavily on Instagram. Sadly, I put a lot of this responsibility on Instagram to monitor their advertisers. Buyer beware, these are scam artists. It took nearly 30 days to receive my items, shipped from China. Once received, I am still trying to get a refund - 25 emails to date and I am no where near getting my money back!!!

If i could give 0 stars. These people are criminals! took my money for a cheaply made, dress ($75) and I sent it back according to their return policy (and paid the postage). I waited over 6 months and just kept getting emails saying it takes a long time and we're sorry. About a year now since the claim and I NEVER got my money back! My only consolation is that Karma knows.

They don’t even deserve a star! I ordered a shirt it did not fit I went through the return process including me paying for the return shipping. It has been over a month and a half and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed and received many emails back asking for forgiveness and asking me to wait just a few more days and saying that they are not “scamming” me. I feel scammed. They say that their refund process is slow. It is ridiculous. I have learned my lesson on ordering from an Instagram ad. I should have known when it said it was coming from China that I would have problems! I am gonna go after them every day. I hope I will get my money but at this point I doubt it.

Followed return policy instructions to the letter and have been trying to get my refund since November, 2018 and constantly get fobbed off with delaying tactics all for $38.60.
Have received emails from Fanny.Wang, Candy.Shi, Leikkas.Wang, Kaylor.Pei all stating refund will be through PayPal and can take 10-15 days - nothing has been received. Now saying (July 2019) case is closed as it is over 6 months, when it is them that have delayed the issue. I will not give up, will email everyday for the rest of my life if I have to. Give me my money back - your clothes are not fit for purpose.

If I could vote zero to proclaim this fraudulent dodgy business I would. I loathe even giving a one. Order arrived, incorrect size and like wearing a raincoat blouse. Requested to return and was given a local PO Box. Arranged postage to send it there where it was refused. Business advised it has to be posted back to China at my cost for any return. Wanted to offer store credit of 25% of price when products were returned. Buyer beware. These are some dodgy people.

Ordered stuff back in march. returned all items to the address on the bottom of the invoice, only still still be fighting for my money back still.apparently the address on the bottom of the invoice is only their holding station in this country. they will not give me email or phone number to contact these people,, i then get email the other day from these con artist telling me the address isn't theirs and i should have contacted them for a returns address!!! but they are happy to offer half my money! well im now seeing a solicitor about this as they clearly are a bunch of robbers.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

So, about a year ago bellalike fail to deliver my order or so they said, promise me a refund and for the next 8 Months didn't send it with excuses of system problems. After that told me that they said they couldn't t refund me because my order was more that 6 months ago (how that's supposed to be an excuse??!!) although was there problem from the beginning and never informed me without me asking about my refund. They offer me a coupon and then just fail to deliver again. When I asked for my refund, refuse to give the original refund

Love love this dress! The material is soft, the army green is so pretty. Fyi ladies I am 5'6. 190. the girl's are 38dd and I'm curvy. Xl I have lot's of room. The dress flows. I could of gotten a lg. If you're going to use a shaper make sure it's a leotard type or a waist clincher because the splits on the side are high enough for anything else to be shown. I'm definitely buying another.

Purchased a fantastic dress for our graduation ball. Not cheap in the slightest. The zipper is durable and strong. the seams are really well made. It came packaged nicely, arrived fast, and fit me well. HIGHLY recommend Bellalike, if your looking for great dresses! I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
