Terrible product (bra) and customer support! What an absolute joke their claim on 100% customer satisfaction is! Save your money don’t buy their bras!

DON'T BUY THE BRAS, they are flimsy, no support and sizing is so off it's a joke. I ordered 36DD/C. Came as 5XL, you would have to be a size 48 for it fit and DD/E is more like a C at best. Customer Service is crap, saying it will cost a lot to send back to.....China...my order came from USA???? Offering a measly 6 in the default currency...absolute joke

Bought the 3 pack and the sizing is way off. Product was way too small and there is no return option under the order section. I had to email customer service and they wanted to offer a massive $3 for my inconvenience but could not return it. Not worth my time to even drive to the post office. Then stated it would need sent to a Chinese warehouse and shipping would be high even though it originally came from Chicago. NEVER AGAIN I should have looked at these reviews rather than the ones from Instagram. SCAM

I ordered the 3 pack of bra. Clearly stated on order that I would pay 33.90 CDN. Charged 65 CDN which included almost $15 for sales tax. I disputed that and got a refund. Received items and they are utter garbage. No satisfaction from customer service they are offering me 8 USD as compensation. Rarely order on line and this is why

Do not order from this company. The sizing is NOT CORRECT. No where near correct. And while they say they take returns and refunds, they stop communicating with you when you demand a return and refund. I paid $38 for an item and they offered me $6 for me to keep it and not return it.

I received my order, and the bra doesn’t fit with the advertised size I ordered. I have reached out to the company to start the return which I need the address for. I am receiving a response asking for pictures of the item to see if they can assist with the issue. I just want to return the product, how are pictures going to help with something that does not fit? Terrible customer service system! I just need the return address.

Placed an order for 3 pack of 48C. Got my package today, tried on and product is cheap, cheap, cheap and didn't come anywhere near fitting. Outside label on packaging reads 7XL not 48C. The other telling piece is that there is an import mailing label like it came from Temu underneath the US mailing label. I immediately sent request for refund and got a bunch of garbage about needing pictures to confirm product issues. Hey I'm not sending try on pictures. Then they need pictures of labels and packaging, etc. I sent them a copy of my order with my request for return. I also sent a copy of their listed return policy. Upon further investigation, I figure out that they up charged my PayPal more than $10 on top of what was listed in my emailed receipt and what showed on my order screen. SCAM! Sketchy practices and the customer service is obviously not in US. Pretty sure I'm going to have to file a dispute with Paypal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Product is not worth $3 they offered to refund me on a $43.58 over charged price.

I ordered 2 months ago and never received. The company and USPS want to take no responsibility and I get screwed. The customer service is laughable, definitely a scam!!!!!

Complete junk, DO NOT BUY.
Product you order is not what you get.And when you get the junk and get customer service they will send you 3 usd for your inconvenience.

This bra is very flimsy and runs very small. But the customer service is even worse. These come from overseas and trying to get an exchange/return is almost impossible. I DONT RECOMMEND!!

I ordered Brass back in May 2025 and still have not recieved them. Then I noticed that this company is out of Illinois but my email says they are coming from Germany.. This company is a scam

Bras are cheaply made...didn't send size ordered.... customer service offered $2 USA to me and to keep the bras when I spent $50 Canadian on them... never again
