I waited 15 weeks for a replacement microwave/oven. I placed over 15 phone calls to customer service in Turkey to be told they were dealing with it, when clearly they weren’t not. Shocking customer service worst I have ever encountered. Will never buy Beko again.

I will never buy anything from BEKO, the worst customer service I have ever had!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
I have had multiple issues, engineers not turning up, and eventually had to have a replacement on the item and now the new one isn’t cleaning properly, had an engineer come today who did nothing.
I spoke to BEKO multiple times today, only to have to book an another appointment for another engineer to come out as the engineer that came out today didn’t follow through with protocol and didn’t put a full explanation on why it’s not working, so they won’t replace it unless someone else comes out, I explained that it’s washing and everything seems ok but the crockery is coming out dirty and smelly and the engineers saw that but didn’t log it.
The advisors I spoke to today were rude/unhelpful/condescending , the item is under 30days old and they want to keep sending out engineers when I have a right to replacement, I spoke to about 6-7 advisors wasted about 3-4 hours.

First & last time buying a BEKO!
Bought intregrated fridge freezer in March 26, installed in new utility in April 26. Completely stopped working on 26/06/2026 , after over an hour on the phone being passed from pillow to post they advised they couldnt send anyone to look at it until 03/07/2026, amazing! Over £300 of food had to be thrown away. Engineer showed up, spent 5 mins in the house to say yes its broken and he thinks its the circuit board but will have to order part and will take 5-7 days, received a call to say it would be in and the engineer would come 07/07/2026, fitted new board, said " i think its that but just put two ice cube trays in to check they freeze, 24 hours later they still havent frozen. Rang Beko again today, 2 hours trying to get through and speak to someone, they now need to send another engineer next Tuesday to confirm its broken before sending a replacement!
3 weeks without a freezer, 3 days off work to wait in for said engineer!
Never again!

Unable to award zero stars but washing machine repairs service is appalling. Machine purchased via Wren not fit for purpose. Absolute scam. Probably even purchased with broken/substandard part. Multiple repair date cancellations because they didn't have the part for a machine installed just over a year ago. Absolutely disgusting.

Great service from QDA who delivered the new machine and took old away. The Beko is efficient, quiet and has plenty of programming options. Would recommend.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. AVOID ANY BEKO Appliance. Brand new fridge failed after 6 months. The customer service is abysmal. 5 weeks without a fridge. Refused to replace the appliance. Said it had to be fixed. Despite the repair being totally uneconomical.
No compensation for food that had to be thrown out from freezer.
You have been warned not to purchase this brand.
Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with both Domestic & General and Beko. What should have been a straightforward tumble dryer repair took 7 visits over 5 weeks to resolve.
From the very first call, I repeatedly informed them that the dryer was stacked on top of a washing machine and was assured this wasn’t an issue. Despite this, the first engineer refused to carry out the repair because it was stacked. I was then told an “assisted appointment” was required—something that should have been identified from the outset.
The following weeks were filled with cancelled appointments, engineers turning up alone despite the job requiring two people, incorrect records stating no access was available when both I and my tenants were present, and countless hours spent on the phone trying to resolve the situation. Calls were frequently transferred, disconnected or resulted in no progress.
Even on the seventh visit, only one engineer attended. I had to assist him in lifting and positioning the dryer, and he was prepared to leave without reconnecting the vent hose until I insisted and helped reconnect it. This should never be expected of a customer.
The complaint handling was just as poor with inaccurate records. I was told to either cancel my cover plan (leaving me worse off) or accept £20 compensation, which I did not accept, however was still transferred to me despite refusing it as I consider it wholly inadequate given the amount of time wasted, the inconvenience to my tenants, and the repeated failures by both companies.
While the appliance was eventually repaired, it took 7 visits, 5 weeks, multiple failed appointments and an unacceptable amount of effort on my part. I would not recommend either company based on this experience.

Great washing machine, very quiet, spins are longer than last machine but use less energy and cost less and washing all still very clean. Very impressed with it
