I ordered a bunk bed, the package arrived smashed and the bed was the wrong color.
After the return, the second delivery after weeks of delay always arrived smashed, the bed was scratched, packaging damaged due to bad packaging.
I asked for a Partial Refund weeks ago, but still I have not received anything.
The customer service responds only after numerous reminders and no more than once a week postponing… The result? now it's mid-October and I'm waiting for the refund of an order I paid in early July.
I find it unprofessional and unacceptable.
