First time ordering with Beerritz. Order dispatched a while ago after Xmas. DHL notification our parcel is out for delivery; original del date was 4th Jan - nothing received, "sorry your parcel is delayed" despite being stop 52 and driver was on 48 when I checked near our estimated time slot. Then another email saying out for delivery 6th Jan - again nothing received... Delivery has not yet been attempted despite someone being home to accept it. Confirmation email from Beerritz advises customers to reply to an inbox that doesn't recieve responses. Called their number during business hours - no answer so voicemail left, also messaged via contact form on website, again no response.
We just want the beer we've ordered and paid for, it's impossible to speak to a human at DHL and we've not had any help from Beerritz! For a first time purchaser this isn't a good first impression. Companies really need to think more about who they partner with, as poor courier services (DHL,EVRI,Yodel, etc) reflect poorly on your brand and put off returning business.

You're quite right that the actions of the couriers reflect on the business using them, although we have had lots of positive comment about the speed of our service - nevertheless, they haven't got it right with your beer, so apologies again.

The beers are great
The beers are great, but the delivery company you use; APC; are very unreliable and put me off using any company that uses them. I would advise anybody to use DPD as they are so far superior and reliable. Once again your beers plus the bonus beer; much appreciated, thank you; are great but the delivery experience not so.

Over the years we've tried almost everyone, and we've found APC to be the most reliable for next day deliveries, and they also offer a fragile handling service. The majority of our reviews also note the fast service, and so we're sorry that the service you've received doesn't meet that of most of our other customers.
