Amazing quality, I was definitely a bit wear ordering online but the quality of the bed and it's sturdiness is just amazing. Everything Is beautiful!
I was advised a 2-3 week delivery but it arrived alot earlier too so I would highly recommend them.

Not impressed at all, specifically requested to have the king size bed I ordered taken upstairs as part of my order. Company called me to book my delivery the following week and confirmed that the delivery men had been instructed to take it upstairs. Bed gets delivered at almost 9pm (a ridiculous time) and then the delivery team refuse to take the bed upstairs as it’s not included on the instructions, I told them I didnt want it then and to take it back as a mistake has been made, they refused, told them to call the company and check the details, said they couldn’t get through, after that they just got in the van and left, barely spoke a word of English, so I’ve had a king size bed and mattress stuck in my hallway ever since. Tried calling the company to complain and line goes dead every time after one ring. Do not buy from this company!!! Service is appalling! If I could rate them nil stars I would.

Ordered a bed and mattress and it is absolutely fantastic. We thought the order might be a bit delayed due to covid but it came within 10 days! Communication was great and the delivery guys kept me updated on my delivery timings. Can't recommend enough

We are so happy with this purchase. The pictures don't even do the bed justice. It looks so regal and plush and far more expensive than it actually is. Very easy to assemble and delivered earlier than we had expected. Very happy with the service and product.

The bed is amazing! I put it together myself in a little over an hour. The fabric is so beautiful and finishes off my bedroom perfectly. Really happy with the delivery timings as well as it was delivered within a week! I would defo be recommending bed universe to everyone.

Can honestly say we have had excellent customer service from start to finish with this company. Although we were slightly concerned about how genuine the company was, due to the very affordable prices and relatively unknown name, but we have been blown away with the quality and service we have had. The bed itself is beautifully made and the delivery was excellent. We had an issue with a part of the frame breaking 4 months after delivery, but after letting them know we received the replacement pieces free of charge within a week and couldn't be happier! We would definitely purchase from them again!

Brilliant company! Ordered my bed and mattress with an ottoman box which is great quality. Customer service has been impeccable, cannot fault them.
The finish of the bed is very luxurious and looks much more expensive than it is. Would defo use this company again.

Fantastic service and speedy delivery of a wonderful bed. We purchased the grand magus bed and mattress with a matching ottoman box and they are great.
We had an order with a national company who after four months failed to deliver our purchase and offered no indication of when and why our order was delayed. Our order with bed universe took 8 days to arrive at our house. Absolutely fantastic service for a beautiful bed with excellent quality.
