Great products for great prices
I have recently ordered a bed with Bed SOS. The bed that we selected is fantastic quality and we are very satisfied with the product. The delivery process was perfect. Why I have put 4 star instead of 5 is because of the payment system on the website - I tried to pay 3 times but due to the security checks and some sort of a misunderstanding I could not pay so I had to ask a friend to pay the order. Other than that my experience with Bed SOS was very positive and I have already recommended their products to couple of friends.

New Frame Same style
I had previously bought a bed from Bed SOS and loved it through Amazon. So when after 7 years and 3 house moves the frame gave up. Great choice of beds and mattresses without being too overwhelming. Super competitive prices. Fast delivery!! This is fab compared to companies which don't stock large items and make you wait for weeks. I bought a really nice metal king bed one month ago. Assembly took some time but was not tricky. Top quality. No squeaking.

Initially had an issue with my order as…
Initially had an issue with my order as an item wasn’t in stock. BedSOS contacted me immediately and refunded the item that wasn’t in stock straight away - customer service was very helpful. There was a slight delay in the other item arriving and BedSOS kept me updated. When the item arrived, the delivery men took the item (a bed) to the right room and we’re extremely helpful and polite. All in all, a five star service. Very pleased with the product and with the service.

I looked at several websites, but the bedsos site was the one outstanding one for choice of beds. Normally, I would want to shop for bed furniture by actually seeing the beds, but the photographs and details provided were sufficient enough to provide the confidence to order the bed. The bed was for my daughter and it ticked all the boxes for the theme of the room, so it is also a five-star rating from her.
