Overall, I am pleased with the user friendly platform of the software. I am pleased with the properties that delivered the amenities i requested for my clients, making their stay a delightful and memorable experience. However, there is a transfer service that extremely affected my clients with the driver delivering a negative customer service - asking my clients why arriving during an extremely busy city activities, dropped the luggage in the parking lot refusing to bring them to the correct site. Deeply disappointing.

The Portfolio is very easy to use and the bookings are very perfect, non of my clients has ever complained about bad services offered at any cost.

IT IS EASY TO FIND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR, THE PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND THERE ARE A LOT OF HOTELS, AND TOURS TO OFFER.

!!! Another Rant about Beds On Line !!!

BOL Cheats Agents every chance they get.

Agent books clients on an A.I. package.
Client wants to reduce by 1 day as they
need to be home for personal reasons.

BOL, you cannot rebook as one of the
days are sold out.

Agent called support just to reduce
the package by one. BOL support,
we'll work on it.

Nothing for days
Nothing for days

Agent calls Resort, no problem to
reduce by 1 day we just need BOL
to submit the request.

BOL finally responds that the
resort denied the change.

Agent explains she is on the
phone with the resort and BOL
has never requested the reduction.
What BOL lied to T/A's again?

BOL we'll get back to you....yeah right!

After many calls initiated by our
agent to BOL, never BOL to our office,
the reservation finally gets sorted out.

NOW, bol says we do not get our
commission! What? they said
we canceled the booking and
rebooked at a non-commissionable
rate. NOTHING BUT LIARS AT BOL!

That was never discussed or relayed
to our office by BOL.

Our rep, LL has just ignored my
questions on a different situation
like I would forget.

I sent pictures showing that the
vehicle I requested would not
hold 6 adults and luggage. Pics
supplied by passengers.

LL and BOL's response is always,
"Case Closed" with absolutely
no explanation, no support on
why it is closed. They just
close the case...........

I think they are looking ripe
for a class-action law suit
by the travel industry.

We are actively trying to avoid
them, but sometimes we are forced
to use them.

BEDS ONLINE IS VERY EASY TO BOOK HOTELS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT

Very poor. Booked a partner deal via Booking.com. On arrival we were put in a different (inferior) hotel. Now we can’t resolve it. Booking.com won’t help as they say it’s down to Bedsoline, but we cannot contact them. Feel like we have been scammed!
