The sales lady Bev was very kind and helpful. The information leading up to delivery was good . I would have appreciated a reminder the day before delivery as it came at 7 am but I wasn't expecting them so wasn't ready. The delivery guys were nice and took the next bed then came back and fitted it in for me

Needed a new pillow but decided we also needed a mattress . We did the test and was advised which we would need and ordered the same day . Great experience

The delivery of my new bed was slick. Good communication and information on arrival time prior to delivery. Bensons staff worked hard in bringing up the bed to my second floor apartment. They installed it efficiently. It was well worth the price of taking away my old bed that they put protective covers on. All wrap from the new bed was also removed.

The Otterman Bed is perfect for our bungalow. Storage is at a premium. The delivery team arrived on time and were quick to install it. They took away our old bed and cleaned up after themselves.

The sales assistant was supportive and even offered a pillow to try with the bed.
