Vile company, I ordered a bed on Ebay and i went a week before hearing anything about it being delivered before I asked them where it is didn't get a response a couple of days later I cancelled it then I get a message back straight away it's being dispatched then they tell me I can't cancel it, I opened a case with eBay, then I get a phone call claiming to be ebay (which I thought was at the time) I was told to close the case and I'll get my refund issued, then I didn't get anything after that, I spoke to Ebay and they siad that they couldn't help because the case was closed, then bedsdivans had the cheek to tell me they wouldn't refund me unless I left good feedback and the refund would be a gesture of goodwill lol, they would only ring to communicate so nothing was on message as proof, they knew they were in the wrong, on the phone they are abusive, controlling and very aggressive, they are only nice if you are happy with thier product from what I can see on reviews everywhere, I currently have a bank dispute out and they are fighting back, claiming its been delivered etc. This company is the worse I've ever come across, I would avoid at all cost. Beds divans stop trying to challenge my honest review by telling trustpilot it's for someone else lol, don't play dumb, you know exactly who I am I have spoke to your head office aswell as some of your discusting staff, I have got my money back through bank dispute despite you lot trying to challenge it, you didn't have a leg to stand on, good riddance

Good item and service

I brought from ebay. Bed is not fit for purpose. They lie. Bully and harrass their customers. Delivery men were lovely. Cannot fault them.
When you leave a negative review on ebay there response is pure lies. Some of the reviews are shocking. Ebay should be ashamed to let these sell on there platform.
So received an email. Company trying to remove this feedback and also feedback on ebay. Have a screenshot and all the conversations. So please be aware DO NOT TRUST... As far as I am concerned ebay have not closed my case. I will happily share all evidence with Trustpilot. And again bullying tactics. Yes I was on holiday. And I have every right to leave a review. But you as a company are saying I lied. You didn't know me. Then ebay closed my case and now its I have 7 days to return a fit that is rubbish. The lies just keep on coming

I had no tracking for my delivery just messaging but the delivery man was great when it arrived couldnt fault him.the craftsmanship of the bed is not good at all I am very disappointed so will see how long it lasts as doesn't feel that strong at all some sticker markers weren't on either the customer service was ok but could be alot better considering very slow at getting back to you with any questions or queries but did help eventually but I won't be buying from this company again very disappointed in the quality and service provided

Order a divan bed, headboard and mattress package from this seller via Ebay. Put bed together. On opening mattress found it was full of holes around piping on edge and two ladders on the upper. ( plenty of photos on ebay in feedback.) Messaged seller to advise and sent in pictures. Original offer was a partial refund of £15 and to keep faulty mattress. I declined and asked for a replacement and return the faulty one.
Then we got a phonecall at 8:45pm from a withheld number. He purported to be from this companies customer services. We were told that we would have to return the entire package, ie divan, drawers headboard and mattress all in the original package, all to get a replacement mattress. ( we have recordings of the phonecalls). And he also decided to inform us that if we returned the package (has he said we would have to just to get a replacement mattress) we would only get a partial refund as we had put the bed together.!! I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. We only wanted a replacement mattress for the faulty one that was sent out. The person on the phone was extremely aggressive and condescending. He kept talking over me and shouting, I felt scared at his tone so I hung up and he rang back straight away. I tried to explain that the sales act means we shouldn't have to return all items and that we certainly shouldn't just get a partial refund if item is faulty!!!. In the end I had to get in touch with Ebay who told me that the seller was in wrong and was telling lies.
All I wanted was a replacement for the faulty mattress.
In the end we decided we had no choice but to keep the bed as its for our disabled daughter and to order a new one from elsewhere would have taken upto 2 weeks. And she couldn't be without a proper bed for that length of time.

I left a review on Google for a product that arrived both faulty and broken. Their public reply accused me of damaging the product (first I'd heard of it). Avoid.
Update to their reply on Trustpilot: the item arrived both damaged and faulty to my door. I took photos before sending the items back and returned them using Shiply whilst also paying for their premium insurance. I told BedsDivans I was doing this. This is the first time I've heard that I damaged the product. I haven't blocked your emails. It is a consumer right to receive a refund within 30 days when a product is faulty. It is also stated in law that a retailer accepts responsibility for damaged goods if notified within the first 30 days of the item being delivered. I took 30 minutes.
