Comfy very well price bed

Happy with the price and free shipping. I was notified through each step of the shipping, and the man at the counter was nice. He helped load the bed base onto the car without trouble. Overall, happy with my experience with Beds4U, got a great quality bed base and had no issues.

Space for the dogs too now.
Went into the Masterton store to find our new Super King bed. The staff were very helpful. Gave us plenty of information to choose the right bed for us. No pressure. The bed was delivered 2 weeks later. The bed itself is very good, and I just love my new cool gel pillow! I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.

Worst experience I have ever had
Worst experience I have ever had - would certainly never use again or recommend. Had email about delivery had no response - phoned to be told I cant pick up I must have delivered - delivery folk refused to leave on my porch so i had to leave work to open house for them and then they just dumped it and left - i had to get a friend to help me move it and put together as too large for one person. Most unhelpful company and the worst bit - my medium bed is hard as hell

Great experience, very easy to deal with. The people I dealt with were reassuring. It was easy to manage, pay online and pick up items. The follow up support was exceptional. Mattresses are good, one is great the other is not what we expected we thought it was going to be softer.

i ordered my bed online with just a pic & a price. I then went into store just before xmas & discovered when the bed would be delivered. I am so happy with the delivery & the bed. It is comfortable & was easy to put together.
