Pleasure plus!…
I have a very bad back and I find I can now enjoy a more comfortable and longer sleep without pain although it is taking time for my back to adjust. But after three nights I am experiencing less discomfort and stiffness when I wake up. I'm really delighted with my Sealy Tranquility Plush mattress and base.

Ordered online during a sale
Ordered online during a sale, but I had a change of mind from the same place. I called and asked for a swap and not only were they super cool about it, they added a little extra. Delivery was a reasonable time (when sales go on, I understand deliveries get backed up). When we upgrade our bed, this will be our first place to look.

Amazing service
We popped in for a look as we needed a new king single bed, Bronwyn was so helpful. We ended up buying a really good king single with a trundler bed, We looked at a few and are more than happy with the one we were recommended. So kind and helpful! It arrived a week later with such wonderful communication from the team.
The bed is Fabulous, super soft and comfortable. Thanks guys!

Very economical beds
Very economical beds, pricing to match quality. Delivery service was great.
I had assumed headboard came with the bed as the specifications didn't advise otherwise so was disappointed as I didn't know that I wasn't buying a whole bed. Makes sense for the price, but this should have been more explicit on the website, especially when you don't buy a bed every day so don't make this assumption.

Caution- Think twice before you buy from beds4u
I would like to share my experience to caution others when dealing with Beds4U. I strongly recommend conducting thorough research and ensuring all product details and warranty terms are clearly confirmed in writing before making a purchase.
In December 2021, we purchased a bed from Beds4U based on assurances regarding its quality and durability. However, within less than three years, we began experiencing discomfort and health issues. After undergoing multiple mattress adjustments and physiotherapy sessions, we identified the bed as a contributing factor.
We contacted Beds4U in November 2024, and it took three phone calls, five emails, and several follow-ups before someone was finally sent to inspect the bed on March 7, 2025. During the first visit, the representative acknowledged that there might be a fault. However, a second person was sent days later, who conducted an assessment but provided little to no communication or transparency.
Following additional follow-ups, we were informed that the warranty was void due to stains on the mattress—an explanation we find extremely difficult to accept given the nature of our complaint and the lack of transparency throughout the process.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope Beds4U takes this feedback seriously and considers improvements in customer service, warranty assessments, and communication protocols.
