Outstanding Shopping Experience

I recently bought a Canon digital camera from BecexTech, and I'm honestly so happy with the whole experience. I was thrilled to see the camera I wanted was not only in stock but also at a fantastic price. Their customer service was a real highlight, too—everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and genuinely ready to help.

The shipping was perfectly smooth, and the camera arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I also have to give them credit for their website. It's so easy to navigate, and the product descriptions are clear and detailed, which made it easy for me to be confident in my decision. A definite 5-star experience!

Courteous Service

I have to say, the prices and products at BecexTech were excellent. I did run into a few snags with delivery and shipping during the process, which was a bit of a worry at first. However, their customer service team was fantastic. They were really courteous and helpful every time I contacted them, and they made sure everything got resolved smoothly in the end.

Even though there were a couple of hiccups, the great support I received made the whole experience much better. I really appreciated their professionalism in handling my issues. All things considered, it was a good shopping experience, and I was happy with the reliable service I got.

Exceptional Service

I was genuinely blown away by the delivery speed. I recently ordered a Canon EOS R6 Mark II and two extra Canon lenses, and the entire order was shipped and delivered to me in Newcastle in just four working days—which is remarkably fast! I'm absolutely thrilled with all the new gear, especially considering the significant savings I made compared to buying from local stores.

The only minor point I'd even mention is that the packaging could have been a bit more robust. The items were wrapped in a single, thin layer of bubble wrap, which made me a little nervous. Despite that, everything arrived safely and in perfect condition, so it all worked out. I'm really happy with the experience and the great value.

Refurbished item still posted as available but is actually out of stock

The website is difficult to log into, and the item did not ship for 10 days then I followed up only to find that it was out of stock. I told them this can't be true since I can still see it posted on the website for sale at a higher price than when I ordered it. They said those will also be on backorder and asked if I would like to be on the backorder but could not say when it would be fulfilled. It is a refurbished item so I don't understand how they can easily have it back in stock while still taking orders for it.
Customer service was very helpful and the refund was eventually processed but you should pay by PayPal that has their own claims process just for more peace of mind.

Terrible

Terrible, pay a little more and sleep peacefully.
I placed the order more 10 days ago, and I don't have access to the website as a customer due to a problem on their web, so I can't see the status of the order or anything. I asked them to cancel the order three times, but they didn't, and they sent me a supposed tracking number days ago that doesn't work, and I have no idea if my phone will arrive or if they are scammers. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Excellent Service with a Minor Hiccup

I was really impressed with my whole BecexTech experience. Right off the bat, the price and product quality were fantastic. I did have to reach out to their service team with a few questions, and they were incredibly quick and helpful, addressing everything efficiently and making the process feel much smoother.

The only slight hiccup was a credit card verification step that delayed my order a little bit. But honestly, it wasn't a big deal. Once that was sorted out, my phone arrived in perfect condition within a week. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone!

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish

I just had an excellent shopping experience with BecexTech. Their prices are incredibly competitive, which is what drew me in, and the whole process was just so smooth and efficient. Their website is really user-friendly, and I had no trouble finding exactly what I needed.

What really stood out to me was the communication—they kept me updated every step of the way, which was fantastic. BEWARE THE HIDDEN 20% "Peace of Mind"…

BEWARE THE HIDDEN 20% "Peace of Mind" fee – NOT AS ADVERTISED

Be careful when buying from BecexTech. They heavily promote a "14-Day Peace of Mind" policy with the slogan "Whatever reason it may be," but they hide a massive 20% restocking fee that is not disclosed on their sales or return policy pages.

I bought a lens that was incompatible with my camera. I contacted them immediately to exchange it for the correct model, offering to pay the price difference. They refused to waive a 20% "restocking fee"—which amounts to hundreds of dollars—simply to swap an unused, boxed item.

I am not the only one. Looking at other reviews on ProductReview and Trustpilot, there is a clear pattern of people being hit with these same hidden percentage-based fees, admin charges, and return postage traps. I shop online constantly and have never seen this from professional retailers, who offer easy returns without the back-and-forth.

A quick search shows many similar experiences:

- Someone (VIC) was recently charged a massive $186 fee for returning a phone that wasn't even the correct local model.

- Other customers report being hit with "admin fees" ($25–$55) and having their return postage costs ignored, even when the store sent the wrong item.

- Pattern of "Goodwill Gestures": They often offer a tiny $20 credit to stop you

If BecexTech wants to be a legitimate business, these fees must be openly and clearly disclosed on their sale pages before a customer clicks "buy." This was my first time trying BecexTech, and I deeply regret it. Instead of "Peace of Mind," it has been a total headache.

STAY AWAY AND BEEN 8 WEEKS - NO PHONE

I paid for a Samsung Note 25 Ultra 1TB on 8 November 2025, and as of 25 December 2025, I am still waiting for my phone.

BecexTech customer support keeps telling me that the phone has been stuck with their Australian courier for over four weeks, but I have been given nothing but excuses and no real resolution. There has been no clear tracking update or proof that the phone is actually moving.

I strongly recommend not using this company. You risk losing your hard-earned money and being left without the product you paid for.

This has been a huge mistake on my part. I tried to save about $100 compared to JB Hi-Fi, and it was absolutely not worth it. I should have bought from a reputable Australian retailer with physical shop fronts.

Learn from my experience and avoid BecexTech.

Missing part, won't express post it.

I ordered a new phone and paid for express delivery as I needed it quickly as my old phone was dying. It was a "Pristine" phone, meaning that it is refurbished. It arrived without a SIM tray. Contacted them and explained. Was told that they could not express the tray - meaning a week to 2 week's delay before I can use my new phone - which I literally can't work without.
