Aybl is my go to gym wear brand and has been for a good 2 years now. Every single item I have owned has been of good quality, stunning colours, flattering, comfortable and not see through which is a must in my opinion as a gym wear company. I love the aybl community & have just brought my second set of the week, I cannot wait to try it on💛☀️🍌🌻🐝

I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received from Krystelle at AYBL. From the moment I reported my faulty item, she responded incredibly quickly and resolved the issue faster than I ever expected.

Krystelle handled everything professionally, kindly, and efficiently, arranging a free replacement almost immediately and making the entire process completely stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was dealt with from start to finish.

Good expérience for me . I haved an issue with a delivery and they helped me very quickly . All the clothes fits very well . I hardly recommend .

My return package was unfortunately lost in transit by the delivery partner, which was frustrating at first. However, Elysia from customer service handled the matter very quickly and professionally. I really appreciate her support and the efficiency with which the issue was resolved.

Delivery was really quick, it was packaged nice with tissue paper. The fit is gorgeous! (If you’re usually a small I would size up though). I got the orange too and enhance shorts and it looks amazing. Received a lot of compliments already. Would recommend x

I’m really disappointed with the quality of these leggings. They feel like they’re made from very cheap fabric, not what I expected at all.

I bought a pair and they tore straight away right down the middle at the back, which was quite embarrassing. To be fair, customer service was polite and arranged a replacement. However, the second pair was no better — it literally came apart along the seam in the middle of the leg the very first time I wore them.

Overall, the quality is extremely poor and reminds me of something you’d get from Shein. I wouldn’t recommend these at all.

I sent some items back to be refunded and I waited until the 10days as I hadn't received an email to say my refund has been processed but emailed and Paul emailed not even 24hours later to say he has process this for me so very happy with the customer service. Ordered from Aybl a few times and never had an issue.

Refund process takes AGES and still not done.

I spent about £700 with Aybl as I was in need of a complete new gym wardrobe. Sadly none of their sizing was right for me, so I returned the majority of it however, they take so long to process the refunds when the tracking says they have received the parcel ages ago. Customer Service is poor, Paige M not very helpful at all. They are telling me to wait another 10 days? They are quick to take money but not quick when it comes to returning. Very unhappy and will not be shopping here again.

The order came so fast! My first time ordering a set for myself, and I went for the Adapt shorts and sports bra. I absolutely love the material, so flattering and the straps on the sports bra can be styled in three different ways. I also got the enhance halter neck top and again the product is stunning. Absolutely love the enhance shorts I got from here. The low rise is the perfect rise for me and the scrunch is fab it’s not obnoxiously obvious but it gives a really flattering shape. Would definitely recommend!!

Beattris dealt with my issue within 24 hours, I had a fault with the product I purchased. New item was shipped same day with no additional cost, very efficient.

Great customer service. Had an issue with a pair of leggings and they got back straight away and sent out a replacement free of charge quickly. Will buy from again!

First time ordering from AYBL and I ordered some items too small I had to do a return. The items I decided to keep I absolutely LOVE. Got two oversized shirts and they are very good material and color does not wash off and very comfy.
My fav snug shorts in a hot pink look so good too loveeeee sm 💖

Bought a zip up hoodie my partner birthday, within a week of having it the zip jaws are broken everytime it’s zipped up the jaws come open the quality is awful, sent a picture and video proof and they offered a 10 percent refund for a 40 pound hoodie , what a pathetic and embarrassing offer, absolutely embarrassing customer service, wouldn’t recommend at all 0 star if could

High-quality clothing, it fits the body perfectly and is 100% true to size. Everything I order is always a success. I absolutely love this brand😍
