I had a very positive experience with AYBL customer service. They were very helpful and kind while assisting me with the return of my package. I wasn’t able to send it back before the original deadline, and they kindly extended the return period for me, which I really appreciated.
I would especially like to highlight Sean, Beattris, and Paige from the team, who were all very friendly, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process.

I ordered items from Aybl, the order was processed and sent out for delivery pretty quickly. Unfortunately i did have issues with my items being delivered to my home address by the delivery company. The customer service team at Aybl were great, between Paul, Paige M & Beattris, they were all quick and efficient in helping look into the issue and getting my items resent to me.

I had a small issue with my order at first, and honestly it made me think twice about shopping from the brand again. However, the customer support team completely changed my mind.

Paul, Lucy, and Elysia were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole process. I have never experienced such fast responses and genuine support from an online store before. They handled everything so quickly and professionally, and made the entire experience stress-free.

Because of this amazing team, I will definitely be shopping with this brand again and again. Huge thank you to Paul, Lucy, and Elysia for their outstanding customer service — it truly made a difference!

My package was marked as delivered, but it was unfortunately left unattended at my building entrance instead of being delivered to my apartment door, and it went missing.

Sean and Beattris were both incredibly kind, professional, and understanding throughout the whole process. They truly listened to my situation and helped resolve everything quickly and smoothly by arranging a replacement for me.

I really appreciate the level of customer care they provided , it honestly made me feel valued as a customer. I genuinely love AYBL as a brand, and this experience made me trust and appreciate the company even more.

Unfortunately, I had a complaint about my leggings, as small holes appeared in them quite quickly.

Yesterday I sent an email about this with photos attached, and today I already received an email back saying that my free new leggings are on their way. Great service! Thanks Arya and Beattris!

Buying and shipping was super fast and efficient. I live in the US California and it arrived within 5 days. I was so happy when I received everything I purchased. I loved all of my items and the sizing chart was pretty spot on. The fabric and material on the leggings shorts halter tops and sweat pants are 🤌 the o ly thing I wasn’t a fan of was the flare leggings felt like they could’ve contoured my bum a bit better.

I had a problem with a faulty item. I had ordered 2 shorts (my first time ordering from
them) one of which upon the first try ripped a bit. I tried to contact the support team hoping for nothing tbh, but less than a day later they contacted me back and offered either replacement or a refund. Especially Arya was a great help with her quick replies and support. They have great costumer support and take care of problem quickly.
P.S. The quality of the other short is great (I had ordered 2 adapt shorts) fits perfectly, quite stretchy and looks really nice.
Totally recommend AYBL shorts!!
