The product is perfect - delivery isnt
The product is absolutely perfect, but I don't like that £400 of value was just left on my doorstep by Evri, hence the original lower score. The parcel of 3 packs of nanos was small enough that they could have posted it through the letterbox! :(
I have updated my review because I was really impressed that Claudia from BW called me to follow up on my feedback and there aren't a lot of companies that would make the effort.
I think EVRI is not a great company to use for these high value items, but I appreciate the effort to resolve it by BW.

Safiya is a great asset to beauty works
i had a rocky experience at first but this was through fault of the courier not beauty works, however when i emailed in to beauty works regarding this issue i received help within 24 hours and the issue was resolved within that same 24 hours, i am especially greatful for Safiya who was lovely, patient and understanding - she resolved my issue immediately

The worst hair extensions you could buy on the market
I've been a loyal Beauty Works customer for years, purchasing both clip-ins and permanent extensions. Sadly, this will be the last time I buy from the brand.
Within a year, I've experienced two separate cases of severe discolouration with Glacier Blonde extensions both weft and bonds. Most recently, I had a new set fitted for my sister's wedding, and within just two weeks they had turned yellow and felt like straw, which looked terrible for the event. I am also fed up of Beauty Works asking the same questions about after care. I couldn't be more careful with my extensions, following rigorous after care with their products!
What's equally disappointing is the customer service. Despite acknowledging the fault from photos and knowing this is the second time I've had the same issue, Beauty Works has only offered a voucher worth a third of what I paid or a replacement of just one weft, despite purchasing two. The alternative is to send the hair away for testing, a process that previously took nearly a month with no evidence of any testing being carried out.
Each time this happens, I lose over £1,000 when you factor in both the hair and fitting costs. Expecting customers to accept £600 hair discolouring after just two weeks is unacceptable.
I'm beyond disappointed. I gave the brand a second chance and regret doing so. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. The quality does not justify the price, and the customer service has been extremely poor once again!
