I don’t usually leave comments on websites, but my experience with Beauty Wellness.ca really deserves to be shared. My son wanted quality razors to cut his friends’ hair, and he found exactly what he was looking for on this site. Honestly, I’m not a big fan of shopping on websites I don’t know, because it can be risky, even if the price-to-quality ratio is tempting. But I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did!

I was a bit hesitant at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I received a message offering a substantial discount if I spent an additional $6, which prompted me to browse the $10 and under section. I found what I needed, and to my surprise, the discount worked, so I ended up paying much less than the original price. The delivery was fast and reliable, and everything arrived well-packaged. I even contacted customer service via email, and received a quick, courteous response.

The service is excellent, and my son is thrilled with his purchases! I highly recommend this site without hesitation. A great find!

Mon fils voulait des rasoirs de qualité pour couper les cheveux de ses amis, et il avait trouvé ce qu'il cherchait sur ce site. Honnêtement, je n'aime pas trop acheter sur des sites que je ne connais pas, car cela peut être risqué, même si le rapport qualité/prix est tentant. Mais j’ai décidé de tenter ma chance, et je ne regrette pas du tout !

J’étais un peu hésitante au début, mais j'ai été agréablement surprise. Un message m’a proposé un rabais substantiel si j'achetais pour 6$ de plus, ce qui m’a poussé à chercher dans la section des articles à moins de 10$. J’ai trouvé ce que je cherchais, et à ma grande surprise, le rabais a bien fonctionné, ce qui m’a permis de payer bien moins cher que le prix initial. La livraison a été rapide et fiable, et tout était bien emballé. J'ai même contacté le service clientèle par courriel, et j'ai eu une réponse rapide et courtoise.

Le service est impeccable et mon fils est ravi de ses achats ! Je recommande vivement ce site sans hésitation. Une belle découverte !

Dealing with Beautywellness has been great! Especially dealing with Alex as I needed to exchange a part of my order. Products were reasonably priced.
Would purchase all hair products from beautywellness going forward. Wish I had found them earlier.

My favourite hair dye from Wella is being phased out and I found it on BeautyWellness for half the price. I picked up a dozen boxes. Delivery was great.

Overall my experience has been great with this company. I first came across BeautyWellness in 2023 when I was unable to find the specific brand of products on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of ordering, and the fast shipment and delivery. My most recent order, I had an issue with one product, but received a prompt response, and appreciated the care and effort made to resolve my concerns. I will definitely order again in future!

My barber had been using a razor on my visits. I liked it, it seemed strong, robust much better than the ones I had used over the years.
I checked it out online.
It was expensive.
I checked Amazon etc.
The best price was from Beauty Wellness.
I ordered one.
Order processed right away and item arrived a few days later.
I felt this was very impressive

3 months later the electric razor failed.
It would no longer charge!
I contacted Beauty Wellness.
Right away they gave me all the information needed to execute warranty with the manufacturer.
This manufacturer was quite honestly not very responsive.
So Beauty Wellness promptly agreed to take the item back and replace with a new one.
On further investigation I found out the item was fine (oops!) and it was my wall socket that was the problem.
This whole process was done with diligence, integrity, professionalism and compassion.
Extremely unusual to get this quality of internet purchasing and service quality.
A ‘ that made my day’ type of experience!

Excellent service and very fast delivery! It was truly a pleasure doing business on their website, and they even took the time to follow-up via email to make sure my order was correct. Wow!!!

It’s my first time ordering from here. Honestly I’d already ordered a very expensive item from them without making research about them. I had double thoughts that I might have just lost my money. But to my greatest surprise, I received my order within 3 business days. And the payment options available just makes it so much better. Trust me I will be making more orders from here in the future.
