Sadly my experience wasn’t great with the company, the perfumes arrived broken, cracked top of the bottle which caused leakage. It took them 5 weeks to gather of evidence and at the end told me my claim was rejected. Absolutely disgraceful as there was a clear evidence of damage and now I’m left without perfume, money or even apology. Avoid unless you want huge stress if things go wrong. Live chat mostly not working, call centre not working at all

However, without a claim reported at delivery and without sufficient supporting evidence, such a video showing damage to both the product and its original packaging, it is difficult for us to process a refund or replacement.
