That being said, we would like to clarify a few important points. We are a Spanish company that ships worldwide, which is why we operate different divisions depending on the destination country. For example, customers in Switzerland can shop through beautytheshop.com/ch, where prices are displayed directly in CHF. Currency conversions shown on other versions of the site may vary depending on exchange rates and payment providers.

Regarding the 10% discount, it is not applied automatically. The discount is offered when you sign up to our Club Beluxe. The code is associated with your email address and must be entered manually at checkout.

If for any reason it is not applied during purchase, customers can contact us through our official channels (live chat or contact form on our website), and we can review the case and issue the corresponding refund when applicable.

In regard to customs fees, as stated clearly in our Terms and Conditions:

For orders going to destinations other than the United States with FedEx or countries within the European Union:

BeautyTheShop sells and ships merchandise according to FOB conditions (Free on Board).

Your order may be delayed due to customs clearance process.

The custom fees are to be paid by the consignee/importer/client.

The import fee depends on the order value and/or the shipping company selected. Take into account that this fee can be communicated before or after the delivery of the order.

In some cases, the purchaser must have an import permit. (Please ask the destination country’s customs for further information).

If the customer does not fulfil any of the above requirements, the shipping costs (unless for free shipping orders) and return costs to the place of origin of the products are to be paid for by the customer.

In case you do not want to pay for the above-mentioned legally required costs, kindly be reminded that the parcel would be sent back to us and a partial refund (excluding shipping and return costs) would be issued.
